This could be the worst Taco bell, I had to wait 10 mins on a drive thru and finally was asked to place the order by walking in, I placed the order via kiosk as they were not really interested to take the order. I had to follow up 3 times and wait for a chicken quesadilla and the way it was made was even worst (see it for yourself in the picture attached). Almost 45 min for this ridiculous. Staff worked like sloth in Zootopia. Never going here again!

My experience was so bad it was funny. I waited about 45 minutes for my mobile order to be prepared. At the 35 minute point I asked the manager if they had my order. She punched some buttons on the register and what I assume was my order printed out. She said “Yes” turned and took the print out to the kitchen and soon after my order was ready.

Overall, the woman that took my brothers order was insanely rude to say the least my message to her. be better and you’ll be a higher ranking worker and you’ll get more money. Life is not Handed on a silver platter.

Order through the app for pick up. Service was quick, but you could tell they were having a bad night. Little to no interaction at the window. When we got home we realized one of our items were missing (we realize we should have double checked there). We also ended up with a hair in our burrito, not appetizing.

Severely understaffed, management needs to step in already. If you only have 2 ppl running the place, it’s better just to be CLOSED! Had to cancel order after waiting with SEVERAL others for my food. Drive thru was closed off. I understand the pain of being understaffed, but workers were visibly stressed and reacted rudely– yelled at a guy not to rush them bc he asked about his order status. Coming from someone in that position (only technician at a large store for months), that was not the right way to talk to someone who isn’t even being rude to you. I left after realizing it wasn’t worth it (and didn’t appreciate the attitudes), but we waited 20+ minutes for orders, if not more as ppl were there before me. No one was tended to, no one was warned about the wait.

Horrible service. Walked in waited 10 minutes before a person who had already ordered told us we had to order on the tablet. Which never gave us a recipe. There was a man before us who had complained very politely after waiting 40 min for his food and watching a women order after him walk out before him the worker who was a women was so rude to him for no reason. He was very polite & patient. After he finally got his food she forgot his drinks she slammed his drinks on the counter at him. We got our food after 30 min. Even the cook walked out with a bad attitude.

Worst Taco Bell in the entire state of Illinois. They have one employee at night. ONE. God forbid you enter the drive thru, because you’ll be stuck in it waiting for over a half hour if there are other cars. As I’m writing this, I’ve been stuck in the drive thru line for over 20 minutes, and nobody has moved at all. Save your time, go somewhere else. What a colossal failure. I hope the owner of this location is ashamed of what a failure he and his business are.
