I used to go to that Taco Bell on Annie Glidden and Lincoln Hwy but, since Yolanda left, everything went down but the prices. My last 4 orders were screwed. Days ago I stopped at this one on DeKalb Ave and it was a good experience. The attendant was so nice, patient and friendly. Our order was exactly what we expected and fast. I’ll go back.

I’ve been going to this Taco Bell for several years and I always see the coolest employees, even on Night Shift. I’m one of their regulars and say it proudly! Obviously Taco Bell is what it is for the quality but the management seriously knows what they’re doing. I can only think of ONE time in the 900 nights I’ve eaten here where they made a mistake on my order, which is almost too good to be true. We drove through here on our way to Chicago. Fresh tacos were served by pleasant staff members. We had ordered chicken Chipotle melts & Spicy potato soft tacos The Chipotle melts’ most times sticks on the wrap paper which is so frustrating. Here we didn’t have to go through that mess. Neatly packed & good quantity.

Only order on the app!! Went to this location and created my order through the app, app was having trouble so just ordered through the drive through. After my order was placed the price was $4 dollars more than the app. When I got up to the window I asked the cashier why the difference in price and his answer was “ idk I guess our store has different prices”. The app pulls the prices from each location so that was incorrect. I checked my receipt and they charged me 2 dollars more for my power bowl then the app and I thought that was because I ordered extra chicken but no that’s the price of the bowl and I didn’t even get my extra chicken! Moral of the story use the app save yourself the money because this franchise is hiking up the prices.

It’s not winning any Michelin stars and it has gotten a bit pricier, as have all restaurants, but it serves its purpose perfectly. It also seems to taste better after dark or when drunk, but someone has to dominate the hungry drunk crowd. It may as well be Taco Bell.

I didn’t catch his name but I just had the happiest go luckiest person take my order. He was making goofy puns and his positive attitude legit left a smile on my face. The food came out good too, hot and whatnot. Everybody I’ve run into today in Sycamore has been really friendly.

Ordered a #2, got the tacos and they were not supreme. No big deal so I took them back up to get the right ones. They claimed that I did not specify I wanted supreme… even though a #2 clearly states it.. I wouldn’t have even posted this except for the person being extremely rude about it.

Used the drive thru and was given the wrong order. When I tried to ask I was told my food was folded up in the bottom of the bag (it was not) and waved forward. I only received one of the 5 already overpriced items I had ordered. So I was basically ripped off for almost $20. I won’t be making any more runs for the border.
