This is a grilled cheese and steak burrito. Paid $10 for this a a taco- there is one piece of steak. Food is ice cold. Took a bite into cheese and sour cream. Had to actually open it to see if there was any meat on it. This was disgusting. The fountain drink tasted like the lines are bad. Can’t even drink it. Do better. Won’t go back here

Do not recommend this location. Stay away. Ordered off the mobile app. Usually order through grub hub and I get my taco bell deliveries from the McLean location. Well, they were closed so I had no other option besides this location to get it delivered. My entire order was wrong, missing items, items I ordered which specified not to have a certain something on it. I had to drive to this location to explain to them that they order was not right. They told me they were out of meat and nacho cheese. Ok, not a problem, put chicken or steak on the tacos and burritos you forgot and couldn’t make right. They did but the tacos were suppose to have no lettuce, which I stated to them, shoes them the receipt that said no lettuce. They made the burritos fine but for real, why even be open if you van make a simple order correctly and remember to but everything in the bag? Will never order from this location ever again. At least when McLean is out of something, they or the delivery driver will notify me. This taco bell is horrible.

Staff was not friendly or attentive. We had an order that included a steak chalupa supreme and a supreme taco. Both were supposed to be without cheese but both were made with cheese. We did not get the cinnamon twists either. On the mobile order we asked for one mild sauce an got about 20 thrown on top. When we tried to get this fixed, the lobby was closed so we had to go back through the drive thru with multiple cars in front. We explained on the speaker what went wrong and that we were short on time and they just said to pull up. When we got there they had not started our order. When they brought it out, the cunnamon twists had been placed upside down and only about 5 pieces and the taco instead of no cheese, had a huge handful. The steak taco had hardly any meat in it.

Had a door dash order to fulfill at this location and they failed to fulfill it. Orders are usually given to them ahead of time to prepare and they decided to shut down early and not fulfill their duties. I will be reporting the store and hoping to speak with someone as that is unacceptable. I asked the person if it would be fulfilled and if it wouldn’t to please just let me know. I got silence and a lovely smile from his girlfriend waiting in the car to pick him up. Don’t know why he couldn’t have just answered my question it wasn’t that hard no need to be rude about it and give us the silent treatment while your girlfriend is laughing in the car because you can’t drive home…

I am currently in shock after the way I was treated at this Taco Bell location. After placing a online order I showed up and was forced to go inside by a rude employee. I then go inside to get my order and am yelled at to go fill up my own drink again by the same lady. Once I got my order I noticed stuff was missing from my order and she proceeded to tell me it was. When I told her she was incorrect she began to once again scream at me calling me names and making a big deal out of her mistake. The other employees also decided to get involved and pointed at me laughing. No customer deserves to be treated disrespectfully, especially when the mistake was made by the restaurant. It is disappointing that Taco Bell would stoop to such a low level of customer service. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect for customers and their business, and it is something that should not slide. So Taco Bell South Elgin… no matter how many employees you have, that’s no excuse for this behavior. I hope your manager does something about this and finds better employees to represent the business. I will not be returning to this location after this terrible experience I had being treated so poorly. Do better!!! (This review should be zero stars.)

They are the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, they are never open till 12am like as their timing is listed on Google. I have called them and their manager has promised me that drive thru is open until 11:45am. Yet when I come at 11pm, 11:20pm or 10:30, they are never open. Also I always order beans in my tacos as I am vegetarian, and they constantly make a mistake and contaminate my food with bits of meat, I’m very upset with them. At this point just go to another taco bell.
