Piping hot food every time. It does get very busy in the evenings but from 12-6 PM, the lines go very quick. I order through the app the food is always done right. Weekday/weeknight staff is much better than weekend, but that’s what you get with fast food.

We’ve been here a lot as it’s a convenient location for us. There is literally one employee there that’s nice. The rest are rude. And service is so slow for being “fast food” today we placed an order online and they couldn’t find it. We literally had to give them our phone so they could find our order. And after the long wait and all the bs, this what my Crunchwrap looks like?!?

Only thing open after 11pm when I got in. Ordered online and pre paid. Showed up and had the bright idea it would be faster if I went in and avoided the long drive thru line. It took over 30minutes to get my order (crave box which is 2 tacos, 2 burrito things). I asked multiple times if they were even working on my order, had to keep giving my name again and was told they’re doing the best they can. They would not start anyone’s orders from the lobby until the drive through was completely empty. All employees except the woman taking orders were rude. Honestly worst taco bell experience I’ve ever had. I travel for a living and have had them in probably 25+ states, been a patron over 20 years total now, way to go Woodstock Illinois Taco Bell, yall honestly deserve a reward made of crushed dreams and lost patience.

Taco Bell prices have been going up gradually and that’s a bummer. Also I long to have the Baja Chalupa come back. This location can get crazy busy and their parking lot does not really accommodate for the long drive thru line very well.
