Ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos minus the creamy jalapeno sauce also pintos and cheese no red sauce to go. Got home and found the pintos and cheese had red sauce and the burritos had the creamy jalapeno sauce on them. Tried to call but nobody answered the phone.

If it’s later at night and you want to sit inside, the staff will change your order to ‘PICKUP’ instead of inside. After seeing other reviews of the staff putting cones out to close earlier than they are, this makes a lot of sense.

For over a year, whomever is running this Taco Bell in the evening shifts is doing a horrible job. They put a cone in front of the drive thru whenever they feel like it and say they’re closed during open hours as employees are sitting outside smoking and doing nothing. This has been the case twice just this past week and has happened at least a dozen other times to us at this same location so I can’t imagine how often they’re doing this. This location needs to be under new management so they can run under the business hours that are posted and stop wasting customers time.

Worst. We have Illinois rain and instead of putting a closed sign out they let people get in line to order, then say bc of bad weather they are not taking orders. So I call to say have the 2 cars you did take orders from move up so we can all get out of the drive thru lane and I’m told we should all reverse

It’s Taco Bell Food is convenient and made well. The city/owners really need to create an opening to drive between the Taco Bell parking lot and the lot behind it to make it easier to get in and out of the place.

Continuing poor service and very small portions. My wife and I eat at Taco Bell a lot because we are so busy. Generally we order from the vegetarian menu. If you go to other Taco Bells, such as McHenry and Crystal Lake, you will get what you pay for. Not here. Look at the rest of the reviews. Its not just me. Also, at times the food is obviously old. REBEL! Say something and take a look at your food even in the Drive Through. IF it is unacceptable, tell them to do it over. That’s what I am going to do. This is ridiculous.
