I usually never go this Taco Bell but it was on my way home so I decided to stop by. My husband and I ordered inside through the Kiosk and had to wait over 30 minutes for our food. The staff stated nothing was on order despite us having our receipt. We showed them proof and asked if they can make it based on our receipt but they refused, we asked if we can get a refund and they stated their register wasn’t working yet every other customer was ordering and getting their food without an issue. It took a young man who I think is the manager to find our order in their system and ask the staff to make our food. He was very kind and seemed to be the only one who knew how to work the system. He was running around like crazy trying to do everyone’s job correctly. Please get this young man some help and train the rest of the staff better. (Also once we got our food it was incorrect)

The drive thru lady yelled at me. She said our order incorrectly and when I said what we ordered she yelled “okay ma’am!” and said the correct order, like she didn’t want me to point out a mistake. I was polite about it, it was really uncalled for.

Not sure why every single time I get a Baja blast from here, it tastes horrible. It tastes like their running out of the syrup for it every single time I order. I’ve never had a Baja blast from here that tasted right. Other than that, everything is always hot and correct and fresh with friendly staff.

I recently visited Taco Bell and decided to try their tacos and nachos. I was really impressed by the quality of the food. The tacos were filled with flavorful and fresh ingredients, and the nachos were loaded with cheese and toppings. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the large portion sizes. I also appreciated the convenience of the drive-thru service, which made it easy to get my food on the go.
