Every time I go I always get the #2, 3 soft tacos SUPREME with a baja blast. Tonight I went and ordered the same and didn’t receive the tomatoes on my tacos, then when I called just to let them know they would not answer. They always make my food perfectly. Just disappointed.

Mchenry what is the deal with you guys. I’ve never had a problem with you until tonight, I’ve called your store more than once, and you can’t tell me not a single person was able to answer the phone… NOT ONE!! QUE LES PASA!!! And the fact that your delivery person didn’t even bother to message me or tell me when they were on their way. Worries me! Cause I got questions on what they do to the food, who are they, why didn’t they use the Doordarsh app or Uber app. Or posts!! I can tell you right now, I won’t be the only one complaining. Do better, be better… if not give your job to someone else who definitely needs it.

Lady that takes orders through the drive through either is rude or comes off as rude. Just has a very uncaring tone in her voice. I understand your job isn’t great but there’s other places you can work. Would have been nice to give me sauce but wasn’t given any. Do better.

I really like the convenience of ordering online and getting orders quickly. Its a good location that is always very quick and accurate. However, my most recent order seemed under-portioned and I couldn’t do anything in the app to fix it because the order got stuck in the pickup stage. Anyway, there was only 42 grams of meat on the supreme steak chalupa. I was literally so surprised when I opened the taco to sauce it up that I just had to break out the scale. I hope this is just a one off error and not the new portion size

I order from the mobile app all the time and never had a single issue. Tonight the driver only left our drinks. Phillipe the manager took care of the issue. He made all our food fresh. My buddy and I were looking for Taco Bell that was open. At 1 in the morning they’re still open but under construction the drive-thru is closed. We go inside the restaurant, and it’s a very clean restaurant. Yaneth are cashier prepared our food quickly and it was fresh and hot. Since the drive-thru is closed we decided to eat inside. Each Taco Bell has a different variety of their $5 box so I had that this evening. I was very happy we chose this Taco Bell to eat at this late night hour.

I got the new box and to be honest it was the best food I have ever received from this particular Taco Bell in McHenry. Maybe they are under new management or something, but the food was a step up from what it has been in the past years. Keep up the good job Taco Bell McHenry!
