They need new management for sure the general manager is rude and incompetent. They should be open past midnight like they used to be at the other Taco Bell. Things need to be changed. The way they treat their customers is not okay. They need new management so they can fire all the employees who aren’t on top of it. Doordashers shouldn’t have to wait in the drive through line giving them a bad rep either. Something needs to be changed immediately and everyone in the valley will agree with me fully.

I ordered ahead on the app, paid and everything. They decided to close 10 mins early I didn’t get my food and I haven’t gotten a refund either. The lady when I called was very rude.

The food is basic Taco Bell, nothing exciting. This Taco Bell is basically never open (they close at 6pm..what?) and when they are, they run out of food so fast and have to turn away customers. It’s probably the most inconsistent Taco Bell, they haven’t ever gotten our order correct.. I feel bad for the employees.

I’m sorry but it’s absolutely annoying that Taco Bell is closed ALL THE TIME. I know everywhere is struggling with staffing issues but then maybe close for good? Why do we have two locations when the first location (that, not to mention, has been being renovated and closed for over 6ish months) couldn’t keep staffed properly? Waste of space in my opinion to keep opening up the same fast food places in different locations when there were issues with the first location. Plus, it’s honestly bull that the app allows you to order food when the actual store itself is CLOSED but you don’t actually find that out until you physically are at the store – but google also doesn’t reflect the hours correctly so it’s just a real fun guessing game. Trust me, I know, staffing everywhere in the valley is an issue but I have never had this much trouble anywhere else because they accurately update their hours or it reflects their closed when you try to order online.

I had to give it something in order to review it. Now I understand why they have 2.6 stars. the food is awful and cold. And you charge more for what the total actually is. Basically ripping people off. Someone needs to Teach the workers to put the correct amount of ingredients inside and how to wrap it

We travel a lot, and Taco Bell is one of our main stops. The dining room was closed, so we had to go elsewhere. This affects our choices not only when we come here but when we travel elsewhere in the future. We don’t eat in the car or hotel. Taco Bell is one of the places we eat multiple times a week.

Everytime we order online they mess up our order, their hours are inconsistent as hell and the food is typically sub par for a taco bell. All around poor service and quality

When you drive 45 miles after calling the store, placing an online order and ITS STILL CLOSED when you get there. Chick fil a it is! What’s the point of letting someone order to throw your chalk board in the drive through and close… it’s a joke, won’t ever go again. EAT MORE CHICKEN!

Probably just need to pay employees more. Order online you wait longer than the drive-thru. Go through drive-thru hour wait.

Somehow Kalispell can’t figure out how to operate a Taco Bell as they are closed 2 days a week and only open 8 hours (10a-6p) on the days you can actually find them open.
