I jus got home after stopping at the drive though and when I opened the chalupa it has like nothing on it. This is ridiculous. Can’t wait to see the person face to face and ask them why they hate their lives so much that they can’t even make a chalupa correctly.

Went through the drive through. The kid taking my order didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and was yawning into the microphone while I was ordering. Didn’t bother me too much but the lady at the drive through window was quite rude. I was super nice, I said have a great day and got no response. She didnt even look at me. She took my card, shoved the bag of food in my face, and closed the window.

Really not impressed with their customer service. They ended up messing up on our order then when we went to get them to replace it they were extremely rude about it. They need new management, I will not be going back there highly would not recommend eating at this place.

I am very disappointed in the visit my friend and I had this evening! We came thru the drive thru at 11:30 pm on Saturday. And we were in a goodood we weren’t rude or not picky just two pleasant ppl coming for some taco bell! And the girl that was working the drive thru was very rude she couldn’t b bothered to crack a smile or anything was nothing of pleasant at all! She shoved the bag of food in my friends face and slammed the window closed like we ruined her entire evening! I’m sorry but I worked waitress jobs and all sorts of costumer service and that girl was a huge fail and she shouldn’t be working there if she hates her job so much to b rude to the costumers! If it wasn’t for the costumers she would not have a pay check! This is the third time I’ve come to this restaurant and had terrible service at the drive thru! I don’t even want to give it a star it isn’t worthy! This needs to change this location has so much potential but poor judgment on the ppl working drive thru apparently! Booooooooooooo!!!!!!

I got hurried through my order and then received an incorrect order altogether which was not heated correctly to temperature. Not the first bad experience at this location, but I enjoy the food when done correct.

I also got a Chalupa with almost no meat on it. I asked for a Chalupa with no sour cream and they flooded it with so much sour cream it was insane. There was more sour cream than meat lol!
