Ordered just a burrito only chicken for my 5 yr old they made beef burrito. Asked no tomatoes on another item due to allergies it had tomatoes. Called them about it dismissed allergies completely. Said they would make a new chicken burrito for free next time after arguing with what I ordered and I had receipt showing what I ordered in front of me. Didn’t take my name just said they would do it next time which is laughable because places won’t comp something off saying oh you told me last time because then everyone would do it for free food.

Kind wish I was able to give you 0 stars tbh. And I can’t even say the food is bad because I never got it. I ordered online, the app said it was ready. When I went in they didn’t know how long it was gonna be. Keep in mind I had a 15 minute lunch break. I asked if I could get a refund and cancel the order. She girl at the desk told me she can only tell them to stop making it. No refund or anything. I just wasted money on something I never got to eat. I work in the food service and know for a fact you are able to do refunds. UNBELIEVABLE. DONT RECOMMEND.

This was by far the nicest, cleanest, friendliest Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. The decor was beyond nice for a fast food joint. Down right swanky. After snow boarding all day the tacos hit the spot with our group and the guy Thayne who waited on us was top notch. So helpful. When he wasn’t take peoples orders, I saw him cleaning and talking to customers to see if the needed anything. Wow that employee set the bar for other fast food employees.

The young lady at the drive through window was kind and courteous. She went out of her way as a customer service representative. I normally would not go out of my way to write a review for a fast food joint, however I hope someone reads this and gives that young lady a raise because she deserves it.

This is the third time they have messed up our order. I have ordered through the drive through, online, and in the store and each time I have ordered the steak grilled cheese burrito they give me ground beef! Even when on the receipt I have paid for the steak. So basically they are slowing stealing money. The steak is always for my husband because he hates ground beef, so he is left with usually a squished taco to eat. It’s messed up and not worth the trouble to go back and get it fixed. Get your act together Taco Bell. This is ridiculous and if it happens again you will lose us as customers.
