Another trip, another disappointment. They upsell items and leave them out to your bag. You ask for sauce, they leave it out of the bag. You get home and stuff is missing. For the sky high prices for their food, you’d think they would at least make an effort to give you the most bang for your buck. Better off going to the store and buying and making the food yourself. Probably be faster and cheaper, and you’d at least know what you’re getting.

I know, I know. It’s a Taco Bell. But, these tacos were different than our Texas versions. Not sure exactly what was different but they were very good here on this day. The other thing is that they didn’t stick to the paper causing you to rip the meat out when you try to eat them.

The staff was unbearable. I went to Taco Bell a little over a year ago. (And haven’t returned) I understand their low quality of food but the mistreatment by their staff was more than enough to keep me away. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Went to location, drive tru was closed so went in to order. One person in front of me. Placed order on self checkout and waited for ten minutes to get someone’s attention as all were in kitchen making food. Then all of a sudden, someone asks someone who came in after me if he needs to pay in order to start making his order. Ten fricken minutes to be told my order hasn’t even been printed to the kitchen. Ridiculous! First and last time customer for you.

Ya know the burritos are always amazing by why are my tacos so lacking of filing? Was it the bottom of the pan lettuce? I ordered a taco and burrito cravings pack and swore I was maybe going crazy but it wasn’t. My tacos are just meat fling in there with scraps of lettuce. Wish I had as much as I paid. Still love you no hard feelings

Why do they have such a problem giving me mild sauce? Literally have to fight with them every time. After I spent $15 for lunch you can give me a handful of sauce. I chalk it up to people who work fast food have no power in their lives and this is the one way they can feel better about their sad lives. Won’t be back

I ordered a Nachos BellGrande combo and paid extra for the taco to be ‘supreme’ style. What arrived was a taco that had meat, lettuce, and cheese. Not what I paid for. As you can see, the nachos were not anything resembling ‘BellGrande’. A pile of stale chips with no tomatoes, no sour cream, and the toppings that were actually included were scant. Go to the Taco Bell on Reserve if you can, this one will give you cold and stale food that doesn’t resemble what you ordered.

Went through and ordered some food and when asked to donate to some organization I told them not now. When I got to the window my total was higher then it should have been. I looked at the receipt and they went against what I said and charged me extra and forced a donation when I didn’t say it was ok. This is them trying to meet whatever numbers their trying to meet by sneaking it in on customers totals. Watch your transactions at this location as they don’t care what you have to say.
