When asking for an item I have eaten on and off for thirty years I was told it hasn’t been available for 3 years even though I had 6 months ago. The girl was rude and didn’t even offer an alternative as she was telling me how wrong I was. She directed me to go to taco john’s. I proceeded to stop at the window and show her a picture of the dead fly I got on my street taco from Taco John’s months ago. I just told her that’s great. That means no restaurants on this side of Montana Avenue are any good anymore and drove away.

Edit : lowering my rating can’t even get a Mexican pizza that isn’t ruined. This is the second one btw ….If they’re open it’s good. But dang they’re never open and half the time it doesn’t say they’re not. We ordered online and went to get it and they were closed. Had to wait almost a week for a refund which wasn’t guaranteed either.

This Taco Bell has really improved. Last fall when we ate here the service and food were terrible (0 stars). Our last two visits this spring have restored my faith in Taco Bell (5 stars). I love comeback stories and this Taco Bell certainly has one.

The staff was super kind to our family. They cleaned a table off and brought us our food. The restrooms were some of the cleanest I’ve seen at a restaurant. There were a lot of hair nets in the trash as well so you know they actually wear them.

Put cones behind our car in drive thru and then refused to surve us, wasn’t told a reason why just that they can refuse service to anyone, after 6 cars in the drive thru ordered and got their food. They tried to trap me and then refused to serve me. It was a horrifying experience. I called and asked why it happened and was told to call tomorrow for the manager and was hung up on. Husband called back and all of a sudden there was a manager there.. doesn’t make sense does it?

I ordered ahead at Taco Bell in Helena Montana from my app I got here at 9:00 p.m. it is now 11:36 p.m. 2 hours and 36 minutes to go in line 15 cars and I am still four cars from actually getting to the window to pick up my meal this is totally unacceptable Yes do I like Taco Bell oh of course but do I love Taco Bell to wait in the drive-thru for 2 hours and 36 minutes not at all May just be losing my taste buds for Taco Bell sincerely Michael Dye

Neither location wants to let you order a beef and cheese burrito. You have to order a 5 layer beefy burrito Supreme minus everything but the beef and cheese and pay for all the I gradients anyhow. Also never gives drinks until you remind them you ordered drinks.

After 35 minutes waiting with just a handful of people in the lobby, we were told they were “working on it”. Another 10 minutes go by and no food. A few minutes later we get some, but not all of our order. It was a $12 total order.
