I had stopped two other places this morning to have breakfast, frustated with how rudely I had been treated and getting hangry, I decided to try one more place. I am so glad I did!!! I rarely try new things so it was my first breakfast at taco bell and the employees are amazing, the food is delicious and the lobby is clean. This just became my new favorite place for breakfast. I order from Taco Bell many times, and every experience is great. The staff is friendly and ready to help. This time I ordered the Taco& Burrito Cravings Pack, Cantina Crispy Melt Taco Box, and the Power Menu Bowl. The food was warm, fresh and packed well when arrived. I like the burrito from the cravings pack which is creamy and flavorful. The tacos were delicious too, and I prefer the crispy ones. The bowl’s size wasn’t as I expected but the food was over my expectation. Overall, everyone and everything was great!

Service is here or there miss. Almost every time I order from this Taco Bell whether it’s on Uber Eats or door dash or coming through the drive threw. They always seem to miss some items or items such as my beefy 5 layer tonight is not made right. A beefy 5 layer just filled with beans and meat and barely any cheese sauce is not how this product should be made and this is happening even more over the last couple of months. I am paying for consistency in product and expect that when I come there to pay for my food.

Awful experience. Doordash had to cancel my order because the wait was over an hour. My order cycled through 6 different Doordash drivers before the last one called customer service and helped me cancel the order. The Taco Bell app doesnt even have a cancel button. I even called the store and the manager on duty was extremely dismissive and rude. I understand being understaffed but OVER AN HOUR is beyond ridiculous. The driver informed me that the drive thru was running smoothly and quickly while they were waiting for 30 minutes in the store. This is absolutely uncalled for.

My order was messed up, called them to tell them my order was messed up. I was told to come back through and they would remake, I responded with I’m not gonna be coming back through tonight, was told to come in tomorrow with a receipt and they would make them, I then said I don’t think i got a receipt and asked if they could send me a gift card was told no and hung up on, called back 2 times and got declined immediately, called a 3rd time and asked if there was a reason I got hung up on and git hung up on again! Very rude and unprofessional!

Swamped on a Friday at noon, drive- thru is closed but they are ROCKIN’ IT! We walked out of the Central Ave location after waiting at least 5 minutes and still nobody at the cash register. Probably why Grand is so busy

Excellent people working here among the most friendly and amazing people in customer service, although they’re not the greatest at taking special requests like adding or removing certain things from the order, although you could blame this on busyness as the drive-thru can get quite busy.

I honestly can’t believe they are ok with serving this to customers! And look I get that this is Taco Bell we’re talking about, so no I wasn’t really expecting much to begin with but this is almost disrespectful!! Let’s start off with the fact that my chicken quesadilla had no chicken at all but I think they have me extra sauce so that’s cool!! (NOT) Then on to the fact that my beefy 5 layer burrito had no beef and was 3 layers of beans, nacho cheese, and sour cream!! If you know the person that runs this location please let them know, they gonna catch these hands!!!
