Ordered a Mexican pizza with tomato, got the pizza with no cheese and no meat. I did not order a vegetarian one, i ordered a regular pizza with no tomato’s. Very unsatisfied and will not be going to this Taco Bell again.

The night crew last night was the vibe. Management needs to keep those employees, give them raises, and hire more likeminded men and women. They were polite while taking our order and the upbeat positivity didn’t end there. We hung out with the crew at the window and had a great time at a fast food drive thru. Even though we got one wrong burrito we could have cared less. Attitude is everything. The food was fresh and made well. Good job Taco Bell

Ordered online, so mine is only a drive-thru experience but the girl working this night was exceptionally nice, asked me if I wanted a cup of water while I waited (I suspect because she could hear my throat wasn’t well) and was across-the-board just good energy. Until recently I managed at the downtown Hardee’s overnight shift so I know how challenging that can be for those of us who are customer service trained and oriented. Top marks. All the stars.

The lady that I assume was the manager, she was barking orders at all the staff, was rude to the guest and staff. They made my order wrong twice and by the time she was done yelling at her staff and slamming my order down on the counter it made for a long and uncomfortable wait. Over all the experience was less than satisfactory.

I did an online order 20 minutes before I picked it up. When I went through the drive through, the lady greeted us. We said we had a online order and she said she didn’t get it. I checked my phone, the location was right and it was confirmed. She was rude about everything. We pulled up to the window and she refused to make us our food despite it being a problem on their part. Ended up going to McDonald’s. Terrible service.
