There are very few words that could adequately describe the inconsistency and lack of attention-to-detail of this particular location. When specifications are verbally relayed pertaining to food items, such details should be adhered to at every turn. This boils down to caring about the work that one is doing. If there is no level of care rendered to each specific order, then there will be less satisfied customers. I understand that Taco Bell is designed to facilitate more to the younger generations as far as employment goes for an entrance into the workforce, but with that in mind there needs to be at least the base level of care for food and customer satisfaction. I also understand that in life we all tend to overlook certain bits of information here and there, but it is definitely not challenging to remember to add extra sauce to quesadillas. This is something that I must continually stress to just about every Taco Bell location that I visit, as the quesadillas are always dry and tasteless. The chicken chalupa also lacks spicy ranch in a big way and the steak breakfast crunchwrap is devoid of any flavor whatsoever. The Mexican pizza is actually quite decent and the order was technically complete where items ordered is concerned. It is quite bizarre that just about every Taco Bell fails in culinary standards across the board. Though it is Tex-Mex and definitely not traditional Mexican food with flair and inherent flavors, the food should still be rendered appropriately. To sully the experience further, the food is thrown into a bag haphazardly, thus indicating to an even greater degree just how unimportant customers are to some of the employees. Hopefully other locations in the area are better equipped with staff that actually believe in upholding standards of service and excellence. The only positive aspect to speak of regarding this particular location is the location itself. However, good location or not, the food is still horrendous and this makes anyone with an urge for good Tex-Mex to venture on over to Taco Johns. In all, it is surprising that any of us frequent Taco Bell anymore when there is a Taco Johns in town.

The service in the drive-through was bad. The young girl acted like she didn’t want to be there and had an attitude issue. After several failed card transactions things got worse. The attitude was terrible and it was the card terminal that was broken not our several cards she tried. Then we get home and all the food was cold and soggy. The meat wasnt fresh and several taco damage and throw together sloppyy. The way the food was prepared and the freshness was poor. Even the way the tacos and burrito wrappers poorly done and several food wrappers dirty on the outside and should never be served this way. Very disappointing dinner and waste of money and time. No napkins and no Taco sauce. Poor Quality!!

I hadn’t had Taco Bell for almost two years and I couldn’t have had a worse experience. I know they’re short staffed but look at these tacos. They’re supposed to be supreme. When we told them about it they brushed us off. It was really sad. I hope they can improve in the future.

Well it was a nice few days of having Taco Bell again at a reasonable price thanks to the app. But then Taco Bell had to go and screw all that up. I made an app order on the 9th and went to get it, but it was wrong. And when I went back in to fix it, I realized the app had somehow changed my order to a less expensive combo but still charged me for the more expensive thing I ordered. Then it charged me again a couple hours later. No one in the restaurant offered to fix the initial situation and Taco Bell corporate hasn’t responded about stealing my money.

Left half of my order out, so I drove across town and back again. Manager was extremely rude and condescending. Told me that I was lying and that she’s been there all night and never got an order like mine. Once I showed them the receipt, they handed me my sad burritos and didn’t offer any kind of solution.

They managed to mess up nearly 40% of our order. Tomatoes on a meat and cheese only nacho, lettuce in a cheesy roll up….it’s clear they don’t keep their prep station organized or take the time to get orders correct

Tried ordering on the app and after I received my notification that my order was ready I still had to wait 15 minutes. Ordered box of supreme taco first five had three or less tomatoes on them and one had no meat. This Taco Bell seems to be going down hill recently.

We left the Taco Bell near McDonald’s because we waited 15 minutes without any service in the drive through. We came to this one and got our food in 4-5 minutes and the people working were super nice, food was good too
