Went through the drive through and I was very impressed with the upkeep of the ordering area. The order confirmation screen is very nice to confirm what you’re ordering. I ended up getting the chicken power bowl with a side of chips and cheese. I have a weakness for the chips and cheese so I always order it. The power bowl is excellent. Just what I need some times. The service was extremely quick!

Love the new kiosk order system. But even with that, my order when I got home was not done correctly. Checked my receipt & yes they did not give me exactly what I ordered. Never fails. That is why I don’t do drive up. But thought going inside would be better. Next time, eat there. Then we can return what is incorrect & get what we ordered!

Everytime I order something for my husband and I something or all is not right. When you ask for certain things to be left off due to allergies, it still finds it way into the order. If Taco Bell can’t get things right when people order from Door Dash, I will not be ordering from them again. Teach the employees that all orders are important and that they need to pay attention to all orders and make it the way it needs to be made. I’m tired of getting little for the money I have to pay out. It’s very frustrating!

I am shocked and appalled by the lack of service we witnessed tonight. We are sitting in the drive through; got there at 11:35pm waited until 12am and still didn’t get an order in. They took one order at a time and the car would pull up and get their food and leave. Then the next car would order and go through. When it was our turn, we sat there waiting to give our order for another 7 minutes. No word over the intercom. When I finally said “hello” to see if anyone was even still there, his response was “it’s going to be awhile yet”. Not sure if there was a crazy amount of online orders, but the utter lack of communication to the people waiting was ridiculous. Not even an explanation of why they were waiting to take more orders. We will not be back. Got the feeling they were hoping people would get frustrated and leave. And they did. Your employees cost you money tonight (owners). If I were you, I would do something about it.

The amazing human being (Cyn) at the window who not only gave me the actual best customer service I’ve ever had in my entire life but made my whole year with the amount of sauce she gave me 1000% deserves a raise. The food was 10/10 as always. Maybe even an 11/10 this time around.

Good stuff. Used the mobile app for the first time. They had my order ready to go when I got there. The food was hot and fresh. The taco supreme’s bottom had come open so that was a bit of a mess, but not really anyone’s fault. I stay away from W 12th location–the big guy taking the money has the personality of a 2×4 lol. These guys are good here though 😉

Would NEEVERRRRRRR recommend anyone to eat here. Their GHETTO,SLOPPY,& VERYYY UNPROFESSIONAL! The Manager DAWAYNE(if that’s his real name) ARGUED with me because I told him my order wasn’t right. The worst service ever. The managers Tony and Chris were so rude and sounded high. I ordered online and they messed my order up . I called them explaining what had happened and that I wanted a refund. They first said I couldn’t get a refund and he didn’t know how to while mumbling the entire time .

This place is DISGUSTING!! DO NOT EAT HERE! I watched the employee who WAS WEARING GLOVES scratch his head with the gloves on, push down the TRASH with the same gloves and then proceed to continue making food with the SAME GLOVES ON!! Absolutely disgusting. I can only imagine what else goes on when there is nobody in the restaurant
