Went to order $40 dollars of food and they gave us ice when we requested no ice. We ordered 3 crunch wraps but we only got 2. We asked for a whole bunch of sauce and they gave us no sauces. When we got to the window, they lady was not very professional and did want to help much. We also requested no tomatos and they put tomatos on everything as well. They gave us 3 tacos but we never ordered any tacos. Horrible experience! Do not recommend

We waited at the ordering box for 10 minutes as they said they were short staffed. Ok fine. Then we get to the window and 1 guy is walking around and 1 guy is on his phone. We ordered 2 nacho fries, they made 1 order and put it in 2 cups. We would wait, just tell us to pull around to make another. Also I have never gotten a spicy potato soft taco that didn’t have 2 day old hard inedible potatoes on it. Rock hard potatoes. This is at 6:00 at night. Again I would wait however long it took to make new food and I think a lot of people would. It is clear that the management here is non existent or incompetent. Too bad to because we like Taco Bell. Corporate needs to step in here or this location will not make it.

If I could give zero stars I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I needed a receipt so I didn’t want to use the self order. Waited by the register for 5-8 minutes, asked a gal if I could get my order taken to just get ignored as she looked at me and walked away. Ended up using the self order to just get my food faster. . . That was not the case. I waited over 20 min after ordering to get my food. If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. There were several people waiting for their orders as well, just for their orders to be made wrong. This was at 12:00 pm, no lunch rush when I first arrived. Finally got my order at 12:38.

Super dirty. The lobby shouldn’t even be open. There was no straws out in the dinning area and we were told that the straws are only for the drive-thru. None of the tables were clean and we had to wait six minutes to order because we choose not to use a kiosk and pay cash and don’t use credit cards. Awful. Close the lobby if you don’t want to service it.

Worst experience at a Taco Bell ever we waited for 10 mins at the counter to order as we needed a receipt and the kiosks don’t print them, nobody even acknowledged us ended up giving up and just using the kiosk anyway. Then proceeded to wait over 20 mins for food and when food was ready you had to ask for your drink or you weren’t getting anything. Watch other customers try to order at the counter and staff would say they would be right with them and then never come back.. I never leave reviews but the service was soo bad.

Sometimes they have Fresco style, sometimes not. It depends on who is working. If you explain that Fresco style means substituting tomatoes for cheese and sour cream, they tell you that they can’t do that. I gave up, cancelled my order and drove off. I’ll try again sometime and hope they have a person working who knows what Fresco style is.

I talked to the GM and tried it out again. Food pretty much got tossed in the car. I asked for hot sauce the lady at the window rolled her eyes at me…I said thank you and she rolled her eyes again and slammed the window. Just wow. On the bright side the chulupa was soft this time and not a brick.

This is not the first time this has happened. I ordered online this time in hopes they would get it right. I placed my order at 5:26, asked for it to be ready at 6:15. I went to pick it up inside, no one noticed me for 5 minutes at least . A guy who was taking drive up orders was extremely disrespectful! He would cover his mic and call customers ever name in the book ! When I finally got noticed a lady asked what I was doing. I stated I had an online order, she told me it wasn’t started yet so I waited. I understand being short staffed but you can clearly see what I ordered. Half or my tacos didn’t have even half of the meat it should, missing all the Supreme ingredients and the quasarito only had rice and a pinch of meat. I asked for taco sauce and didn’t get any.

Tried eating inside. When we walked in worker was on the customer side didn’t say anything and walked away. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to take our order as the workers just walked by. Walked out. Be nice if someone would take an order and not rely on a computer to take our order.
