My daughter and I stopped during a very busy time of day. The lady who helped us was named Katie. She was extremely friendly and professional even with the long line of cars. They are very lucky to have her as an employee.

Lobby was closed. Customers stood outside in the rain as employees walked by ignoring them. Called store and manager said they were to busy so they locked the door. Very poor customer service. At bare minimum, put a sign on the door so people know you unexpectedly locked the door even though your doors say you are open. Poor management.

Was very disappointed and appalled at service. When I drove up it was extremely busy and there was a long wait time. I get it it’s dinner time not a problem. The problem was when I went to ask them to fix my order. I’m a vegetarian and can’t eat meat so I asked nicely if they could exchange what they gave me, for what I ordered. I ended up having to wait another 15 min, again not an issue I get it. The issue was the woman in the back making the food; she was extremely combative to the young man taking orders and was cursing up a storm because the food had to be remade. I get being frustrated but you’re in an open space where everyone can hear you, it is also completely unnecessary to take said frustrations out on other people.

The food was good if it was not fried in oil. Mexican pizza has an aroma of old oil and also had this taste. It was eaten anyway, which proved to be a poor choice as it caused gastrointestinal upset. Customer service was lackadaisical. The atmosphere is new, and it appeared clean.

Completely messed up my online order multiple times. As someone with dietary restrictions, this is completely unacceptable. I’ve had several meals completely wasted because of this locations failure to actually do the customizations I paid for. Learn from my mistake and do not order from here, or if you do make sure to check to see if they got your order right before you leave.

We waited 10 minutes before I yelled for someone to help us. Others waited and waited and after 15 minutes 3 separate times people walked out from not being helped. My son went back to the counter for a to go order and after 10 minutes I went and yelled for people to come help and was completely ignored!

Terrible service. Now that there is a kiosk inside the employee’s don’t help you. They don’t give you everything you order. There were four customers that did not get there cups. Had to go behind the counter to get them. Just terrible service. Honest think they should have more employees as well.

If you havent had it yet, then you need to try their Bacon Club Chalupa. BUT you CANNOT forget to ask for extra avocado-ranch sauce! Trust me, you’ll thank me later, but remember, it’s only a limited offer. On the other hand, its freaking Taco Bell! What’s not to like?

I would in reality give this place negative stars. Waited a good 25 minutes for an order for two people, there was barely anyone in here keep in mind. And they still managed to mess up the order. How hard is it to make 3 soft shell tacos with just meat and cheese? Clearly it was just too hard for them that it took 25 minutes. This has happened several times. Don’t come here.
