Absolutely the worst experience I have ever encountered at ANY fast food place. I ordered to pick up and assumed that I would place the order and it would tell me that they are making it, but it didn’t after 20 minutes, so I ended up calling. Jennifer answered and I simply asked if I could have an update and she very loudly (and rudely) asked her coworker what that means.. Yeah, no, what DOES that mean? I didn’t figure it was rocket science. However, the lady who answered the phone started off snooty but seemed to calm down after we explained why we were calling and explained the situation. She explained the process and it made more sense. However, Jennifer needs a real coaching when it comes to customer service.

Drive thru took an excessive amount of time. I was asked if I wanted to round up to donate which I declined this time. They took my bill at the window and kept my change as if they were assuming I decided to donate, which I did not want to do this time. Food was cold and the ice machine was down so warm pop and cold food. Not happy.

Will not be coming to this restaurant ever again after tonight. We decided to come through about 9:44 June 7th to order so food quickly as tonight had been busy… as my husband ordered over the microphone all that was said was “Okay Fatass” and No one gave any reason for that being said as we were paying customers who where trying to be order for our family of 5 and not only did my whole family hear it including kids but everyone in line heard it over the speaker. Not sure what kind of establishment is being ran here but we won’t be returning, as this is the most disgusting thing that has ever happened.

I got taco bell and I got it online pickup in store, I waited 45 mins for a volcano combo and some potato’s. And I am really not happy. NEVER order off the taco bell app if you are in a hurry.

Really nice, new restaurant. There was someone out cleaning or stocking the whole time we were there. Our order was correct and freshly made. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere for family and friends. Food was really good! Will definitely visit again. So happy to have a Taco Bell close to home.
