Literally, the most incompetent Taco Bell I have ever been to.. and this is a brand new facility. This is not the first time I have gotten messed up food, but I have never heard of someone so oblivious to their job they don’t notice they didn’t grill half of the quesadilla. Almost none of the cheese was melted on the grilled side either. Literally mind blowing. And they had plenty of time to cook it, there were 3 cars ahead of me and it took almost 15 minutes for them to clear 3 cars. I’ve read other reviews of them forgetting food, this has happened to me a few times with them. I will gladly drive across town to the other Taco Bell, they seem to know how to work in fast food. Franchise owner should really looking into retraining their staff.

Went through the drive-through, Not the food we ordered. Would know if we unrolled the rappers in the car on our way home. But why we weren’t eating in the car. It should be right. The quality of the food was the worst I have ever seen. I’m not sure that the food I received was even something Taco Bell serves. I love Taco Bell normally, but whoever put this order together, certainly has no concern whatsoever for maintaining the Taco Bell brand. I normally would never post anything like this, but I’ve frequented this Taco Bell several times lately, and have had very disappointing results. I truly hope this message gets to somebody who can make a change in the service and quality of the food preparation. I tried calling the, store, but nobody would answer. I wish they would at least have a message line to reach some authority.

Went though the drive though. Guy taking the order was awesome. Girl at the window was awesome. My wife just had her baby at the hospital and my celebratory meal was a nacho bel grande from taco bell… I rush there order and rush back to not miss a moment of time with our new baby…. they didn’t put the cheese on the nacho bel grande, how could they forget the cheese man :'(

Worst location ever. Never get anything right on orders and just poor quality of product served. I constantly have to check my order and it’s always either missing an item or ingredient. Tacky. Ordered nachos bell grande and asked for no tomatoes. They didn’t put sour cream and put an un edible amount of refried beans on there. So annoying.
