Workers the night of 8/10/23 were dense and screwed up half the order including giving me a Pepsi instead of Baja which is completely different. They ran out of beef all together and over all just a poor experience because the workers clearly couldn’t do the job properly which is insane considering how easy it should be. My visits to this Taco Bell have been inconsistent. The quality of food and customer service greatly depends on the staff working. Some occasions have been satisfying, with delicious meals and friendly service. However, there have been disappointments with subpar food and lackluster service. On a positive note, the drive-thru service has generally been efficient and convenient. Taco Bell could improve by ensuring consistency in both food quality and customer service, regardless of the staff working. A more reliable and enjoyable experience would greatly enhance their appeal to customers.

I ordered online and still had to wait a while for my food. When it was brought out, I asked the employee for some sauce. She said “you didn’t order any” And I asked if I could go through the drive through since I was already sitting in my car. The most disrespectful service I’ve ever received in my life, this girl looked at me & walked off with so much attitude and didn’t say a word, I have tons of pictures of her and I’ll get it out there.. If you don’t want to serve customers don’t get a job that requires you to deal with people.. She was so, so rude! And when I got home I found out they had shoved the straw in my drink with the paper still on. I noticed the paper when I first got my drink but I thought it was only covering the top which is still gross, like why you opening my straw? Y’all could’ve just handed me my straw, that was very nasty! Nasty like that employees attitude. Just EW!

Very unhappy with my recent visit. I had ordered a new chipotle chalupa and I got home to open it up and there were 2 hot sauce packets inside the chalupa and barely any meat or toppings and it’s missing chipotle sauce…

This is the 4th or 5th time I have gone here and they have gotten my order wrong. I understand once or twice but when no one else was in line and they were not slammed a tad uncalled for.I didn’t ask for anything crazy or outlandish just no tomatoes and yet here I find myself with a gardens worth of tomato’s. I love nothing more then continuously wasting money on dinner just to not get what I order. I will no longer go here thank god there is another one a little farther away. For the sake of everyone else please fix this!!!
