The last 5 or 6 times that I have gone to this location at least 2-3 of my items have been made wrong. This Taco Bell used to be really good, never mess up an order and now it’s going downhill.

We stopped on the way home to feed our kids. The employee didn’t get our order correct when we asked for it to be fixed we were given a whole bunch of attitude then we were told not to give her attitude. Do better Taco Bell. Terrible service!!!!! All we wanted was our order correct! Stop the entitlement, it was unnecessary.

Honestly haven’t had any good luck with this location, went and got food tonight and literally what I ordered was the smallest portion and it was just a mess! It was literally just all thrown together poorly! I spent 30 bucks and basically got scraps of what was left! They also close the doors at 9:30 and locked them when they don’t close until midnight

Burned chicken tacos 2 times in a row! Then for breakfast i order a sausage wrap and i get a bacon. These people just dont seem to care about their job or their quality of food!!

The employees are the worst. Constantly screwing up our orders and when I brought it to their attention they thought it was hilarious. If this was my business I’d fire them all and start over…..

I have not had good luck at this location. The drive thru employees are usually friendly, but that is the only positive rating I can give. There have been multiple times where I feel ill after eating at this specific location. I dont know why this is. It is very strange. I don’t have any issues at the Monticello Taco Bell! Unfortunately, this is the location along my usual route. However, not even the local convenience will persuade me to stop in anymore, at this point. My orders have been consistently unacceptable for as long as I can remember.

The people who made the food was nice, but there was miscommunication in the front who gives out the orders. They don’t really call out your name; our order got switched with someone else. It was about 20-30 minutes wait once we realized our order didn’t come out. If we had not asked out the order, we might have stayed there for a good hour.
