Hadn’t been to TB in a while. Now I know why. Food was just edible, nothing very good. Service was fairly lousy. All these places pay so much attention to getting people through the drive-through that an inside diner is basically ignored. Not very clean either. I do like their pop choices, so there’s that.

Waited for 20 minutes for the 3 soft tacos combo (that I paid for extra beef with) and guess what? Didn’t get extra beef and they forgot to give me my drink. I really don’t understand why it took that long to get my food, especially when they’re handing the drive thru food out much quicker and have two other employees that were just sitting and watching from the back.

The food was fine and just what we needed. But we were so impressed with VIRGINIA! She handled our 27-person group so calmly and efficiently that we were in and out in no time! The crew also did a great job of putting our orders together without making a single mistake! They deserve a raise!

Would give 0 Stars. After pulling up to drive through behind 2 other car I was informed “my manager just told me it would be at least a 20 minute wait”. Told him I could go home and make tacos in 20 minutes and left.

I love this Taco Bell in Superior Wisconsin. I’m not sure where they find all of these people, but they are all seem so happy and courteous. They greet me with a smile and they are efficient. My food is always hot and delicious. I am so glad that we finally got a Taco Bell here. I’m thinking “the other”taco place better step up their game, lol.

12:30 am on 6/10 ordered thru TacoBell app. They did not receive the order. Asked if they could look up by order number – said no just the name. Asked if I can order thru speaker was told to pull up to the second window. Some guy told me that I order thru doordash that’s why they don’t have it I told him I ordered thru their tacobell app. He is insisted it’s doordash mistake. I asked his name and he said he can’t provide it and will give the manager. The manager said she could not say here name and that I CANT do a bad review because it’s not their fault they haven’t revived the order. I could not have her name because they keep in anonymous. So here is the bad review. I showed her my Taco Bell order and try to reorder with her. No luck

Ok so against my better judgement I ordered from this taco bell on a Sunday. It was around 2pm and it was a mobile order. They did not have even one car in their drive thru when i pulled up and no one was sitting inside. I DID NOT modify my food beyond replacing the beef with steak. Upon pick up none of my tacos or burritos had steak and in fact my two burritos were just filled with refried beans and cheese.

i love taco bell and everything tasted fine. i understand they just opened and are super busy, have mostly teens like myself working there, but as i was eating my cinnabons, i looked in the bag and saw this, kinda looks like a chip or something.

Ordered delivery gave me the wrong order. Gotta love when they screw up your lunch. Guess I just don’t eat today. Thanks TBELL! Maybe don’t screw up the orders that are for delivery? Maybe triple check those orders since ya know you can just call the driver and have them redeliver the food. Just a thought.
