The new Dip Tacos where absolutely terrible. They where flat, hardly no filling, and the shells where so over cooked it was like chewing rubber. That restaurant is the worst I have ever been to

OK, it’s Taco Bell and I shouldn’t complain. However, I like having their food once in a blue moon. The hard shell tacos were all broken. If I was at home it wouldn’t matter. Unfortunately, I was in the car and it made a mess. Is it asking to much to not get a broken taco? They tasted pretty good though!

Taco Bell is great! The app makes ordering super easy. Always great deals and app exclusive offers. I order from work, and by the time I drive across town to pick it up, it’s ready to go. I don’t have to hand over my debit card because it’s paid for ahead of time. Sometimes, you can buy a $100 gift card for $90 and use it on the app for yourself.

We spent almost $30 for terrible food. I ordered the Cheesy gordita crunch with no ranch add sour cream and tomato and there were no tomatoes, a huge glob of sour cream at one end, and both the gordita and “hard” shell were like mush, our orders of potatoes were old and the nachos had so many globs of toppings that us taking them out of the bag and opening them immediately they were already soggy. Taco Bell is already not my favorite but it’s what was open after 11pm. Waste of money. Drive thru person was extremely nice, upbeat and friendly.

Went to this restaurant and drove 20 minutes out of the way because my daughter loves Taco Bell. I get there and there is a note on the door that says closed at 8 pm. You have got to come up with a better system so irritating.

Placed a fairly large order(6 people) on their app for carry out. When we go there the lobby was closed due to short staff so we waited in the drive thru. The car ahead of us got our food and was handed our drinks and must’ve told the employee it was wrong as we then saw the customer then handed the food back. We got to the window and the guy hands us the same bag of food and the same 2 drinks. We informed him we had 2 more drinks and asked for a drink carrier. Never got the drink carrier. We got home and began to decipher what we had because they didn’t mark anything and noticed 4 items were not in the bag. We called them and the guy said “I knew 2 items were for sure missing, but we were slammed so we sent it anyway.” We had to go back to Taco Bell to get the missing items and weren’t offered anything more than those missing items. I understand being short staffed and being overwhelmed, however to knowingly rip someone off is not okay.

This taco bell is so much better that the ones run by border foods in Minneapolis area. I thought all taco bells would be the same – but they’re not. I had the best quesadilla I’ve had in a long from any Taco Bell. Apparently Minneapolis taco bells are gouging and shorting customers.

To be honest I only eat one item from Taco Bell and that is their Breakfast Crunchwrap. The few times I have visited this location it has been the same few people working in the morning and I have to say their customer service skills are above and beyond any fast food restaurant I have been to in many years! Everyone has always been nothing but kind, polite and I have always driven away with appreciation that there are still some people out there who actually uphold good customer service skills because unfortunately in this day and age it is hard to find, so thank you! Your kindness doesn’t go unnoticed!!

Shift leader was aggressive, my order was wrong…like it has been 100% of the time when eating here. I give it a new start every year and in 1 visit, they change my mind about eating Taco Bell at all.

It’s Taco Bell. This location has weird hours of indoor eating. It just seems a little bit dark and doesn’t really feel like you should eat in there.
