If I could do zero stars I would. Rude service, gave me attitude just cause I wanted to change my drink, crunch wrap supreme was not even wrapped completely, Nacho had little to no cheese, no meat. Service was slow and pathetic. Disappointed compared to over locations in the area. Horrible management.

We were only people in line, for some reason the lobby was closed 7-20-23. Ordered nachos that barely had any cheese on it. Didn’t get any sauce we asked for. There were 5 people working inside.

I don’t normally leave reviews but the food I received today was not only made wrong but disgusting. I ordered a chicken taco with sour cream and chipotle sauce and there was 2-3x the amount of sauce there should have been. I ordered a quesadilla with chipotle sauce but they still used the creamy jalapeño sauce. And I didn’t think Cinnabons could be messed up but almost every one was crushed and opened up. There were some extra tacos I hadn’t ordered and they were wet for some reason? I don’t know why this Taco Bell specifically has had such terrible management since it opened but I hope one day they figure it out

Ordered 60+ dollars worth of food non of which came labeled which makes it really hard. Missing 2 soft shell tacos and back chips. My freeze was not filled ask the way. No taco sauce . Will say this they have us a extra Mexican pizza which was not ordered. I called to let somebody know because I was disappointed and a manger instead he made the food him self and all items are there….. Would be upset if they just actually cared I mean dang. Welp I guess the fun isn’t over yet double grilled steak burrito one didn’t have rice my grilled cheese burrito didn’t have the sauce over all no accuracy I was at this location on Sunday the 2nd and ordered the same thing and now’s it’s different where is the consistency

My favorite part about taco bell is nomatter what you get, it all tastes the exact same! Chicken burrito, taco, crunch wrap Supreme, nacho and cheese and cinibun delights.jist order the cheapest of those and it’s good to go

Informed workers that the ladies restroom was out of toilet paper and that condiment area needed some attention. A worker dud restock the condiment area. NO ONE addressed the ladies restroom. Not impressed. They were not that busy that someone should have addressed the issue

My wife ordered us dinner online. The app asked pick up inside or drive thru. She selected inside. Arrive and inside is closed. Get to the drive thru order box finally and they had no idea how to see online orders. A few moments pass and they find the order (was supposed to be ready) and say literally go ahead and pull up I guess. They need more training, they also need to learn how to move a drive thru to make it quick like it’s supposed to be. Do not order online from this location.

Out of the four locations in my area not a single one serves breakfast even though multiple have the signage, also opening hours seem to vary daily and are posted incredibly incorrect. When the lights are on, there are people in the building and the store hours and website say you are open. Least you could do is something to keep cars from lining up at the drive through. In this case not only did I drive an extra 30 min out of the way
