Updated: Our return visit on 3/19/23 at 2:49pm was worse than our first. Including a dangerous manhole cover in the parking lot. More photos of the disgusting restaurant attached. There wasn’t a single table without visible food on it. We cleaned out own. There was a total of 6 customers in there at the time. I only saw an employee once (orders are taken using the kiosk), and we couldn’t even hear our name called. We just went up to see if it was on the counter.

This Taco Bell’s is disgusting. After ordering my food, I noticed that the person making my food was also texting on her phone (with her gloves on) and then goes back to touch my food, with the same glove she touched her phone with. When I saw what happened I cancelled my order. Not only was that disgusting, but I also found a cockroach at the sauce area. I can’t make this up people. Don’t believe me, look at the picture I attached to this review. You can clearly see a dead cockroach upside down. I wonder where else in that Taco Bell’s the cockroach are hiding. Elch!

Unfortunately for a chain restaurant that I like my food here tasted fine, however my food was not very hot or even kind of warm. One item I ordered was the Grilled Steak Burrito, which should have melted cheese on top, and when half of that cheeses is not melted I wondered how hot my food would be. Also my Bean burrito was not hot, it was kind of warm. The staff was nice and friendly and quick, however I’d give up some of the quickness for hot food.

This entire experience was just a disappointment. The drive thru woman was incredibly rude and didn’t say anything to me other than my total at the window and then shoved my card back at me. Then proceeded to give me the wrong order, of which was not even edible. I ordered a cravings box, and they gave me three burritos filled with refried beans, rice and taco sauce. It was not edible, and quite disgusting. They also failed to provide me with a receipt, which I almost felt like was done on purpose, due to the terrible customer service. This Taco Bell has really gone downhill over the years, and it’s disappointing.

Wow.. just an embarrassment to the Taco Bell/ YUM brand. My wife and I went to have a quick lunch before I went to see the cardiologist in Lacrosse. Placed our order and sat down waiting for our name to be called. 25 minutes later we had our order. The guy making food was doing so one handed as he was talking on a cell phone with the other hand. Three people walked out before putting in a order because no one was at the counter to take orders. Our chulpas where hard as a rock. My wife couldn’t even eat it. Didn’t ask to have it replaced because didn’t have 20 plus more minutes to stay there. Then to top it off,as seen in the pictures the bathroom was probably the nastiest bathroom I’ve ever been in. The porta potties at a music festival are cleaner. Just no excuse for this restaurant to be this bad at all.

Missing items, lady told me I had everything, which I clearly did not as I had the receipt and checked the bag before leaving and she continued too argue and walked away just leaving me at the counter, till another lady helped me. Never did get the right kind of one of the burritos, but something else.
