Ordered at the kiosk and didn’t hear anything for 45 mins. Finally another customer asked what was going on. The manager came out blaming everyone else and cussing the entire time. After a hour we got a refund for the incorrect amount and our “food”. I think they just gave us a random bag of old food, it was disgusting and wrong.

I walked in to place an order in the store as there was a long line of cars in the drive through. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes straight as nobody acknowledged me, they knew i was there as i saw them notice me multiple times. 1 employee taking orders for drivethrough and 2 employees making the food and for 10 minutes not one of them even acknowledged me as i watched about 5 drive through orders go out the window. I walked out after and another customer waiting to have their order taken walked out right after me.

Some Taco Bell locations need to hire adults who are mature and take pride in their work. It was disgusting, and it gave me diarrhea. Staff was rude to my fiance. The place was dirty as in sticky floors, tables needed washing, and garbage needed to be taken out. Don’t get me wrong, I love me a good Taco, but this place was just wrong.

Apparently 4/20 is a holiday that Taco Bell recognizes. 930 they closed everything. Waited at the drive thru, walked up to the open crew door with no alarm, opened it, asked why they were closed, and she said because we are. We already ordered online.

Definitely drive out of your way to another taco bell. They won’t do big orders. They do not do separate orders they make you drive around twice. They always get your order wrong. “Is it gonna be a big order” and what if it is? Dont you work here isn’t that the whole point ?? Older girl manager needs to get fired at least the kids don’t give you attitude and listen to you.

Taco Bell managers ask their employees to serve expired food. If employees refuse, they are fired. This is terrible behavior. YUM Brands is worth $37B, they can afford to keep customers safe and can listen to their employees concerns.

I ordered for a pick up at 8pm on my lunch break i get there the doors are locked and knocked on door to get order, lady just motions to go through drive thru. Waving my phone trying to say i have to pick up my order. But still didnt come to ask anything.I get into drive thru and another vehicle pulls up and parks, go to door and knock and she comes and answers for him. smh. Been trying to get in touch with someome for over an Hr and still no one has answered the phone.
