Being a Door Dasher not once has the Lobby ever been open. Even though their sign says Lobby is Open. The doors are locked. In addition they gave me the wrong Door Dash order. They never have enough people to cover the store. Worst Taco Bell Ever……

Really not sure what all the bad reviews are about. My partner and I come here every other day after the gym. We eat in the lobby. We have never had an issue. Food comes out fast and hot. The place is clean. It’s not easy working in fast food and it’s really sad that the good people who work here seem to get a lot of criticism. Keep up the good work guys 🙂

They didn’t put any cheese on my hard shell taco and forgot jalapeños on the new (spicy) burrito. I mean I spend hard earned money to take me and my gf for supper, I just can’t take it anymore. They have complete disregard for their customers. I simply cannot go there anymore it’s a shame really. It’s unacceptable. Look at this taco.

If you like waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for an empty tortilla this is the place. Just about everyone involved with this taco bell is absolutely incompetent from the cashiers to the franchisee. 99% sure the owner is a crackhead. These menu items were specifically designed to be easily made in under a minute. I can’t even fathom how they manage to be so slow. That 20 minute wait time I mentioned, that’s if there’s literally noone else in line, wait times regularly reach over an hour if theres more than one car. And they have the audacity to charge 50 cents more on their items than any other taco bell in the area.

Took about 25 minutes just to get through the drive-through. The order was wrong, so I went inside to get it corrected. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes because they forgot to remake the order. Service was positively dreadful.

When ordering on the app they give the option to pick up on store, but frequently lock the doors so you have to wait in the drive through. I understand staffing issues, but either remove “pick up inside” as an option, or allow people to come in to pick up food, but all other orders drive through only. It’s a easy a putting up a sign. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead of you have to sit in the drive through regardless.

Slowest Taco bell in all of Green bay with subpar quality everytime. Everytime I’m craving taco bell and am heading near this location I wish I would have drove a couple minutes to a different one as they never fail to be disappointing in speed and quality. Almost spent 30 minutes in drive through and it wasn’t even close to busy. Go to any other taco bell than this one.
