Was told to wait when I got to the driveway, not asked, told. The after I politely ordered my simple order and asked for hot sauce, I was never given hot sauce or napkins. I was handed my food, and I said thank you. Have a good day, and the lady never replied and close the window. I understand you’re at work and you’re probably not having a great time but if you’re trying to work in customer service, you can at least reply. There’s a difference between going to work and actually working. These employees were not working.

Gotta be the worst grilled cheese burrito I’ve had . Rice was hard , it looked like the cook grilled the burrito in the foil wrap instead of parchment paper like they should and my burrito was burned and stuck to the wrapper. Waited in drive thru for about 20 minutes before ordering with 3 cars Infront of me. The 2 workers I talked to both sounded miserable and had an attitude which is why I say the atmosphere is 1 star.

Their Nacho Fries $ 2.19 was a laugh at your face. 5 tiny fries for that price. Hwy robbery “ridiculous” Never stopping here again. I asked the lady is this all your giving me and she said Yeap thats all you get. I threw the 5 pieces on counter and left. I could feel the bad vibes when I walked into that food shack.

I order here way too often. I would say 3 out of 5 times I don’t get to order because they don’t have people or some other reason. Today I ordered inside the restaurant and got no food after waiting 15 minutes. I’m figuring this location will be shut down sooner than later. In the mean time, order somewhere else.

App barely works, location on University in Green Bay is a joke. The lobby is never open, and when I call to ask when it will be open, they say it won’t because not enough staff and to go through the drive thru. Why would I go through pot hole ridden drive thru and damage my vehicle even more than the roads do? Just close this location already or change the management/employees to one’s that actually care about the customers and show up to work every day!
