Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Slow service and lazy staff. You are lucky if half your order is correct let alone made properly. Never order on mobile because 9/10 times they will accept the order and not even be open. Better yet go somewhere else instead. Fast Taco is just down the street and leagues better.

Some of the worst service I’ve had at any Taco Bell across the states. Some girl behind the counter was dumb rude. My order was completely wrong. And when I POLITELY asked for the correct/missing items she acted SOO BOTHERED. As if I just ruined her entire day. Look, love.. Nobody wants to work. It’s what we as a society HAVE to do in order to keep our bills paid and needs met. Get over yourself.

I don’t typically do negative reviews but this is without a doubt the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had to deal with in my 40+ years of being on this planet. The owner should be embarrassed. Place will just refuse to serve you food and come with crazy excuses. Had this happen at least 7 times in the last year. Should really be a zero star review because that’s your most likely outcome.

7/25/23 8:15pm. The girl who took my order had an attitude and it seemed like the people she was texting on her phone was more important than her giving me my food. Food was missing ingredients. I know it’s just a fast food restaurant but come on.

I almost never leave poor reviews, but honestly I cannot recommend this Fast Food restaurant. My experiences have included, waiting and being ignored for 45 minutes, being charged for an online order I couldn’t get because they were closed and most recently getting sour cream on my regular crunchy tacos (I don’t like and get ill from sour cream) and 2 tomatoes on my soft taco when I added them. I paid extra for 2 tomatoes. I’ve had multiple issues previously with them being out of food (how do you run out of taco meat???). Try Fast Taco down the street.

Doordash driver here. This restaurant is honestly the worst. Rude, lazy employees. Very often they are arguing loudly with each other, foul language. Dirty lobby and kitchen area. Just bad. Don’t eat here.

If I could give it less stars I would. Last time we came through the drivethrough, online it said the restaurant was open. Pulled up and was told they weren’t open even though they should’ve been open for over an hour at that point. This time not only was there not anybody there, but even the chairs hadn’t been taken off the tables yet when we gave up and pulled around. Guess we’ll go to Plymouth, Green Bay, Appleton anywhere but this location. Get it together y’all!
Jericho and winter
Had to wait 5 minutes at the drive thru speaker and had to announce we were there just for someone to be rude to us the whole time we ordered. Waited 30 minutes at the window for our food(4 items and 1 drink) and they forgot our drink. The crunchwrap was burnt, tasted like perfume and my grilled cheese chicken burrito was cold with hard unmelted cheese just stuck to the outside. Will never be back if I could rate it a 0 I would. Just go somewhere else don’t even bother with this place.
