I have been to this Taco bell multiple times. Today they forgot 2 major items in my 9 item order. I didn’t know until I was almost home. I called and was told they couldn’t refund me for the food they didn’t give me. Only that I could drive all the way back and they would give me the food they forgot, which I don’t have time to do. Disappointing as this was the only taco bell I had luck at in the past. Go elsewhere.

If the lobby is closed, put a sign on the front door. I had an online order and by the time I got through the drive-through it’s sat there on a cold shelf for over 15 minutes. Everything was cold. And fix the parking lot. It’s in terrible shape.

Top 5 worst food environment I ever witnessed . My red flag was the a-banded gas station that led to the worst bathroom setting I’ve ever witnessed. Blood on floor,sink,toilet . Garbage, urine and other own knowns all over . I will never attend another tacobell .

I got the Mexican pizza horrible. Was very stale. And tasted moldy. Worker was rude foregot some of my order and when asked for them was treated like I shouldent even be asking. Never going there again . Just horrible.

Stopped for something quick before going home. Get home and checked my food. I asked for beef chalupas they gave me chicken but mainly sour cream and veggies got 2 chili cheese burritos and the tortillas weren’t even cooked. Tried calling but keeps giving a busy signal

Went to pick up dinner for two after work and very disappointed. After paying $23, we got about less than $10 worth of food. The Gordita crunch had about a tablespoon of meat on, the quesadilla had 2/4 slots stuffed minimally, and the power bowl was measly. Not worth the money at all. 0/5.

I was the only person in the lobby and I ended up waiting so long for my food after ordering on the kiosk (over 15 minutes), that an employee on break actually came to make sure I knew to order with the kiosk since there was nobody manning the front counter. When I finally got my food, it was the smallest portions I have ever had from a Taco Bell. My chicken chipotle melt wraps literally had 3 small chunks of chicken in each, to basically make them into flavored flour tortillas. The chicken burritos also had so little in them that even after opening them to put in hot sauce and better dispersing the contents throughout, I still had multiple bites on each that had nothing in it, and was just a bite of empty tortilla. I will stick to going to the Velp location if a get a hankering for a quick taco later in the evening from now on.

Upon pulling up I just asked for a 5 layer burrito. Im not sure if i said something wrong or I upset them but this was my burrito. Found out why. They put a regular taco inside of it and folded it in fourths. Come here if you like this service.
