I’ve been going here for 4-5 years. This place use to be great and consistent. Today my family and I ordered a bunch of 5 layer burritos, hard and soft shells tacos and every item was barely filled. The burritos were so flat that we didn’t think anything was inside. The tacos were only half filled. I think they’re under new management skimping costs, last time we order from here.

As an avid Mexican food fan, I just can’t bring myself to give Taco Bell a five…so four is the highest rating I’d ever give one…so this is the highest rated Taco Bell in the Madison area for me. The drive thru staff is always friendly and they seem to have fun at the workplace.

I have NEVER been served something so pathetic. I ordered 4 chicken quesadillas in my order at $4 a piece. The pictures are what I got. I mean, COME ON! What is that?! No chicken. Pretty much nothing inside. How do you make something like that??? It’s wrong. What a waste of money.

I’ve ordered here somewhere between 80-100 times. Sometimes I get a lot of fillings, sometimes I get less. Tonight we got hardly anything. Tacos were smeared with beef, shreds of salad and a sprinkle of cheese. The burritos were so empty we didn’t realize there was anything in them. Won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Ordered $30 worth of food.. sat at the drive through window for 15 mins and then took our food home and it’s honestly a joke.. all the tacos are wrong and the crunchwrap had about a spoon full of meat in it on one side.. wouldn’t go back.

Service was fine. Taco Bell’s food isn’t known for being good, but these tacos are basically lettuce with some cheese. The meat filling is essentially non-existent. This Taco Bell location is terribly stingy.

I usually like me some Taco Bell. But this is the worst location in at least 50 miles. All the fountain sodas have a chemical taste from the city water. They ALWAYS skimp on the quantity of meat they put into a taco. And this has to be the slowest drive thru of any restaurant the Madison area.

Beef is apparently now the same price as chicken for chalupas? Also ordered without tomatoes and it was clearly on the receipt, but filled with tomatoes. Baja Blast was empty, the main reason someone goes to Taco Bell in the first place. Should have went another 1/4 mile down the road to Taco John’s and had good food/service. Won’t make that mistake again.

I’m a big Taco Bell fan but am extremely disappointed in my experience at this location. There were 3 in my party and we were ubable to order a grilled cheese steak burrito on the self serve kiosk without getting a combo. We tried to order at the counter and, after several minutes of being pointedly ignored while they only served drive through guests I asked if we had to go thru the drive thru. The workers just looked at me and didn’t say a word and kept about their business. So Rude!

Lowered stars just because the repeated issues with having to wait longer for orders placed in advance on the ap and still missing items at times. Has gotten slightly better in the last couple months though so hopefully it will be more predictable going forward.
