CONTACTED HEALTH DEPARTMENT! Mold on my childs mexican pizza and hair in his food. He had already ate most of it. They offered to remake it but i didnt want food from this location again. Ordered way more stuff and had to throw it all away. Never refunded me. See photos.

Have attempted to order food at this location on multiple occasions without much luck. They always say only web orders or door dash. Yesterday they said they had a large order so other orders would take at least 15 minutes, so I left. (as did many other people). I tried again today and got the web order excuse again. I will not be returning.

By all means I am not trying to be cruel but i think it is time to close this location until they can get things back under control.Every single time over the last 2 months they are under staffed and not taking orders other than door dash orders because “the systems are down”. AND when picking up door dash orders, nothing is ready, the lobby is never open and you end up waiting over 10 minutes for fast food. ♀️

Taco Bell should be ashamed to call this a location. I enjoy Taco Bell and I don’t usually post reviews. Seriously figure something out with this location. I tried ordering here 5 times in the past 2 weeks and every single time “their system” is down, which by the comments I am starting to believe is a lie. When I asked a worker what the problem is with their system they said “we are actually short staffed”. This I fully believe as most places are but to be so short staffed that you can not take an order when there is no one else at the location, there are problems. Taco Bell, either work on your company to have employees want to work there or something. Figure it out.

Opens at 8 and “serves breakfast” but it’s 9:30 and was told they won’t take order for another 15mins. Soo cool let’s sell breakfast food and damn near not sell it in the morning.

6:15pm Saturday afternoon we went through the drive-thru & were told that we either have to order through Door dash or mobile app. We sat in the parking lot to order via the mobile app, then had to drive back through the drive-thru to tell them we did. They provided our drinks & asked us to go park in the parking lot to wait for our food. In the meantime we watched a dozen more potential customers inconvenienced, in which all left. What a ridiculous way to run a business.

May as well pull up to the speaker and say “I have this much money l, just give me whatever that will get”. Because actually providing or requesting specific items is 100% irrelevant to them.

9/10 times that I attempt to go to this location, it’s either “cash only” or only taking doordash orders. Such lazy workers in there. Restaurant just needs to be shut down. The one down the road is insanely better.
