Ordered through grub hub early morning, showed up missing an item (which was part of a box, also missing) had to drive there (defeats purpose of delivery) no one at the counter, not at all busy. Get the missing item, come home and no napkins or sauce and the quesadilla is half empty! The place had no customers! How in the heck does someone mess that up?

Updated Review – 11/18/22: I never thought I would have to do this… But I am lowering my rating on this Taco Bell. I will give it 2 stars because the Mexican Pizza was incredible. The crunchy taco was good… But the Cheesy Rollup was TERRIBLE (a tortilla with almost zero cheese)… I couldn’t eat it. And the Crunch Wrap Supreme was AWFUL! It was 99% wrap and 1% supreme. I couldn’t eat it. They better add more meat and cheese… Or people will stop going to this Taco Bell. Right now, I would NOT recommend going to this Taco Bell location.

Said order was ready to pick up , got there and they didn’t even start it or they just didn’t want to even make it , watched ten people come and go and still nothing . worst service ever at this location . waited 45 min . something has to be done about this because they lack the knowledge of knowing that they should care about the customers. customers literally keep you employed………………………….

Being that this place is open late and on the north side my husband and I will frequent drive up and order food. This past year or even longer the service has been terrible. Simple order, my husband orders a cravings box and I get a chicken quesadilla and a Baja blast with fire sauce; occasionally we’ll add a crunch wrap. Well for the crunch wrap the toppings are not distributed well and we never get our sauce. Well today my husband went again and saw there was no sauce, he went back around and asked through the speaker if there was any fire sauce since he asked for some and they didn’t put it in there and he was told there was not (so why not offer any other options or just say there’s no fire sauce), he asked if there was other sauce and he was told there was so he was stuck behind cars before he got to the window. When he got to the window and asked for sauce the lady gave him some fire sauce along with hot sauce, although he was just told they were out. We live on the north side and at this rate we’ll probably start going to the Washington location for hopefully a better service.

staff was rude to us over slushies that they forgot to give us, they gave us the wrong size of the slushies and then when we asked for the correct size they got mad over us not saying the size but walked away before we could when we first asked. the tables were sticky, but the food was very good.

Literally WORST ever. Been on hold for 14 minutes. Called twice. Because they can’t seem to take accountability for the workers mistakes. I put over 20 sauces on my DoorDash delivery. I over exaggerate it because I know they won’t put it in. But to my surprise not ONE sauce in the bag. The nacho cheese for the fries was empty. Not even covering the bottom of the container. It’s that hard to fill up 1 oz of cheese? Called the manager and told him about it and he said it’s doordashes fault. Told him it’s not at all because DoorDash doesn’t fill the order that’s THIER job. Then went on to tell me that I have to contact them about a refund. I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted him to right his workers wrongs. He told me “well what do you want me to do you wanna place 2 orders and get 2 refunds ? That’s what it seems. Go through DoorDash” and hung up on me! So I placed a redelivery and to my surprise no sauces whatsoever no Nacho cheese for the fries. And I was missing a taco. Terrible, worst ever. Don’t recommend

It nice the workers were nice and respectful there was a nice man who worked there at the register who was very respectful. The cooks were fast and had manners they said sorry for the wait even though me and my family barely waited all around positive vibes.
