Horrible service. 20+ mins wait with just 2 cars in front of me. Unpleasant cashier. Felt as if they were doing us a favor by handing over the food. Just a smile and hello would be welcome. Power menu veggie bowl was a joke-just stuffed with lettuce, sour cream and beans.

Absolutely horrible across the board, they usually are out of their best items, and don’t care. The food is usually lukewarm at best, and they don’t care. I’ve been there maybe 5 times in the last 4 months and every time they are out of key ingredients, the service takes forever and is then atrocious. Anyone working here or especially managing here should be ashamed and find a new line of work, I don’t know what comes.below Taco Bell employee. But they are clearly woefully unqualified and unmotivated for that. I wouldn’t go here again if they gave me a $1000 gift card. It’s that bad. Take the extra time, go south to the one on Layton Ave. They are so much better.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I keep getting this place another chance because it’s so close to my house but the other day was the final straw. Quick bottom line, this is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced, and the story below is just the latest outrage. This place should be shut down. The Taco Bell on Layton just south of this location is 1000 times better. I’ll be driving the extra mile to that location.

If I could give this store a zero star I would. We tried to order in the lobby but apparently they were closed at 8pm even though their hours are until 10pm. They told us to go through the drive thru. We went to the drive thru but we needed exact change if we wanted to order food. We ordered food and the person said there was a 20 minute wait even though the store was empty.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The absolute worst service. I sat at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes and was never addressed after saying hello numerous times. The line wasn’t even busy. There was 2 cars ahead of me. One at the window and one in the pick up line. Do better!!!

The service at this Taco Bell is horrible. I ordered through Grubhub and the mistake was not because of Grubhub. Due to the mistake of the employees I drove all the way to Taco Bell instead of just enjoying my dinner from the delivery. When I tried to explain the mistake, they refused to help me. The manager David (if that’s his real name) was rude and called me names. Because the order was now cold I wanted some items replaced, but I was afraid he was going to purposely do something to the food.. Avoid this Taco Bell. The employees there are horrible.

Tried to order a Mexican pizza and a grilled cheese burrito and was told both items were only available in combos now. So to get both I have to order 2 separate combos with extra stuff I don’t want and 2 sodas? Never in the history of restaurants have I ever heard anything this moronic. Who puts stuff on their menu that can’t be ordered unless…. I really hope the ppl here are just insanely stupid because if this is the way taco bell is now I won’t be a customer ever again.

I don’t possibly know how to say everything that’s wrong with this Taco Bell. For starters, EVERY time we come here something is wrong. Tonight, we were told that there was no fried products and they only had soft, hard, or burritos. When we ordered a burrito, we were told that that’s actually not possible because the grill is also broken tonight.
