We head to this Taco Bell quite a bit! In the past, the accuracy of the order was questionable, but recently things have improved greatly. I order Power Bowls (add meat and other things) which they’ve been getting right consistently. I am hopeful that they retain/motivate the current staff since things have improved. Keep it up!!!

The workers were great, the place was clean. I’m giving 2 stars though because my daughter and I walked in to order and we stood at the counter mind you we were the only people there, and what I believe the owner came up in a suit and his sunglasses on and told me to go use the kiosk to order, I said you can’t take my order here? He said I mean I can but you can use that, so I did as he walked outside on his phone laughing and then came back inside. Not professional to me at all.

Quality is usually ok (not great) and the workers are nice, but increased prices are keeping me away for awhile. They’re charging $8.99 for the same build a box that all other Taco Bells charge $5.99 for, and they also charge more for single menu items. I’ll just stop at the Pleasant Prairie one if I’m craving the Bell where everything is cheaper.

They forgot my crunch wrap supreme and when I went back to get it after trying to call them for ten minutes. I was met with attitude by two ladies that were mad I went back to get my wrap they forgot. Was in shock of how rude they were after saying nicely hey I came back for my wrap and got an eye roll with attitude. People make mistakes but just correct them without being mad especially at a paying customer driving back after they got home.

I know it’s taco bell, but they were out of the chili Verde fries and the nacho fries. I went with the cheesy gordita cravings box, Burrito wasn’t grilled and the gordita hadn’t been grilled either. Come on, at least take pride at working at the worst place to get tacos

Annoyed by the drive thru. I have never been to a drive thru that 1. makes you wait to order til the person ahead has gotten their food and left. 2. Made you back up a few feet and pull forward again at the window after you’ve paid.

Brand new, contemporary and fun design. Order at kiosk or counter. Inside seating (right now some tables closed so limited seating), but also really nice covered patio outdoor seating. Parking lot design would not allow for an RV well, but fine for passenger cars.
