Not worth going to. Looked at a taco I ordered, after I had it in the fridge for a few hours, and it had a black soot on the shell. My guess is it was rubbed on the floor or has mold on it. Either way, that tortilla should not have been served to anyone. The order was correct, but the portion was very small for a side item I ordered. I’d say this probably isn’t a location you want to go to. It is never a good thing when food service works don’t have human decency.

Omg, the lobby is the cleanest I have ever seen at any Taco Bell. Not afraid to sit down there and eat. The employees are very friendly and greeted me with “welcome to Taco Bell”. Im really impressed with the cleaniness of the lobby the most. Food was great and taste was great. I will be a return customer for sure. And manager was very hands on too making food. Great atmosphere

Second time giving this location a try… not any more. Missing several items and items not done correctly. Soda also had a funny taste: not Baja blast. Customer service is nonexistent and it’s as if they don’t care they are even doing this to customers. Drove 15 min there n back (30) for my food to be cold. Did not offer to remake anything…. Asked and they did not care.

This location is absolute garbage. We’ve had plenty of messed up orders and forgotten items, but tonight took the cake. Check out the pictures of my “crunchwrap supreme”… We ordered two, and both were just tortillas wrapped around the middle shell with sour cream, a tablespoon of ground beef, and a dollop of nacho cheese. No other fillings. Complete trash. Go to literally any other Taco Bell location, unless you enjoy throwing away money.

Consumer beware, I would give this store a 0 star if I could. Seriously, I order 9 items, I even round up my bill for a donation to a charity, only to get home and realize they shorted me 3 items from my order. REALLY, This has happened before at this location. We always try to see if businesses can Redeem themselves. Never again we are done with this location, they just can’t get it right. This place needs to go. Franklin doesn’t deserve a totally inconsistent Taco Bell. Please Taco Johns locate to Franklin soon. I can’t stand loser businesses that keep getting away with ripping people off.

Jan 2022: since March I’ve went back here several times and every time they’ve forgotten drinks, food, sauces, and although they are friendly, they keep missing something. Once is alright but this is my 5th or 6th time they’ve missed something. And quality lacked big time.

I feel very bad for the owner of this location for having terrible employee. We pulled up to the drive thru and it reeked of weed. How are you gonna smoke weed while you’re making food for people? Not only that, but they were blaring very inappropriate music and singing along to it while taking customers. Horrible experience, I don’t recommend anyone to come here. Took forever to give food and it was cold

I should stick to the items I like (Chalupa or Burrito Supreme). They had, not long ago, a crispy chicken in a flatbread along with a sauce and other items rolled into it. They now show a flatbread with a crispy chicken which I thought was it….NOT. Not even close. It’s tiny. It’s bitesize. It’s a joke! On receipt it’s called Chicken Sandwich Taco. There is nothing on it. No sauce. No cheese. No nothing except a mini piece of chix and mini flatbread for $2.69. Really? Off the value menu I also ordered the spicy potato soft taco and the beef and rice burrito. All three came to $5.80. The drive thru worker was pleasant.

Wait in line for 30 minutes, 5 of which in front of the speaker in the drive through only to be told the credit card machine just went down but they’d give me one single item for free off the menu. Terrible service, never spending another dime and I never write reviews.

Just avoid this location altogether. Poorly made food. Missing food. Employees who don’t care. Doors are always locked. Music blaring with employees yelling to each other. Not worth the drive over.
