Dining room was poorly attended and not clean … at 5:15pm on a Wednesday… Not a busy time. Service was unpleasant by all except the nice lady who took our order. As we approached the counter someone from the back hollered out “we’re busy they can use the kiosk”. The lady was kind enough to take our order. The soda machine had moldy slime on the dispenser point and no ice to dispense. No mild sauce packets were available. Requests such as asking for ice from the drive-thru soda machine were met with a scoff and well communicated display of inconvenience.

Come on. They just remodeled this location, hired all new staff, managers what’s going on. Waited in drive thru for literally 15min, was not asked to pull up. Food was cold, grilled cheese had no shred beef, was hard as a rock, burnt, burrito had no meat, 2 flam hot chips, not even a spoonful of rice, hard, cold. I called to let them know, guy who answered told me oh the grill probably ran out of meat, they won’t tell you so you can still be charged, sale goes thru for them, I said can I please bring these back to be remade, he said no, hunup. Literally. I searched for corporate number, called, they said this taco bell is privately owned, they do not have info, can’t help. I have noreceipt. They gave me none.please do better. This is ridiculous. Not all of us have money to burn, lose on a no meal..

Went through drive-thru two nights ago, had to wait way too long just to be overcharged. I ordered 2 chicken chalupas and one taco. No meal, no drink, nothing else, and it came out to $14. I didn’t think much when I originally seen the price, but looking back it should not have cost anywhere near that. Definitely feel ripped off. Tried to contact customer service and am getting no responses at all. This has happened in the past as well…

Great service. Food order was correct and yummy. I dropped atmosphere because we were trying to dine in, the lobby was closed. All good… we will be back.

I paid over $15 for my food and I got 2 chicken quesadillas and nacho fries the nacho fries weren’t seasoned and they were burned and my quesadillas didn’t have any chicken or cheese in them wasted my money. Would not recommend going to this location

Extremely dirty. Garbage under the tables and in the dining area. Tabletops are not wiped down. Garbage receptacles full. Cup lids and condiments not stocked. Employees lazy and not friendly. I’ve worked in a few fast food places in my life and this is by far one of the worst I’ve ever seen.
