Got a delivery order from this Taco Bell twice and I was mostly satisfied! Didn’t go to the restaurant itself so can’t comment on that or the service for the most part BUT, the delivery driver was nice and quick and very polite! Food was great, no complaints there, from the tacos, burritos, nachos and so on. My only complaint and reason I knocked a star off is because in my second order they forgot two things and that was a tad bit annoying! Aside from that’s ots a pretty decent Taco Bell otherwise!

I ordered a few tacos and a few quesadillas. I received one uncut quesadilla, a few empty wrappers, and my tacos. It’s not the first time I’ve received poor service within the past few months from this location. I love the food from TacoBell when it is correct but I wish I could receive the food.

Yes this location has improved speed wise for orders to come out at drive thru, however quality is not there yet. Price increases all over but again quality decreases, ordered a Mexican pizza no beans it had beans and was just thrown into the bag.

I was very surprised to find what nice young people you had working at the window. I haven’t eaten at Taco Bell in probably 10 years. Found your menu quite expansive from the last time I’ve ever eaten here. The food was very tasty and your customer service at the window was exceptional. The young people working there were kind and informative. They took their time because they knew because I told them I have not eaten here in many years What do you suggest. And they gave me lots of ideas. So if you get a chance and you’re in Sheboygan do stop at this Taco Bell restaurant you won’t be disappointed.

My friend and I came around 9 last night. The line was a bit long and was taking a while, which I understand short staffing and all of that and the cashier was actually super nice! I had double checked the food before we left and I noticed the beef burrito I ordered had chicken instead, we went in and the cashier, once again was super nice about it and got us a new one, the lady assembling the food didn’t seem too happy about it but we got it and checked again and there was literally no meat at all. We brought it back and the lady making the food got super mad even though she is the one that messed it up twice now??? The cashier was amazing but the older lady putting the food together was a bit rude and I wasn’t comfortable with her making my food at that point. This whole situation took an hour we got home at around 10.

This is the best Taco Bell I have EVER been to. My fiancé agrees. Best food and service. I’ve never had a beefy 5 layer burrito taste so good. There was a family there who also had a great time it seemed. I’m not from the area but honestly I’ll be back. 10/10

I have to say this particular Taco Bell is pretty bad. It was extremely dirty inside and actually had a really bad smell. The soda machine was down so Pepsi was there fixing that. The burrito I ordered of course came back nothing like the photo. It was extremely thin and tightly rolled. Had two small prices of chicken in the entire burrito. I definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. Sad being that it’s newer.

Drive thru is a bleeping disaster! Everything on my order was wrong or missing. No sauce, employees didn’t know how to make dipping tacos. Even soda was wrong. Mountain dew was sour water, and noticed dirty fingerprints on my cup. Deserves zero stars! Will never go to this location again!!!!

Terrible location! Last time we went into this store, my parents ordered soft tacos with no sour cream along with some other stuff. Got crunchy tacos with sour cream instead. The manager at this store is unprofessional and doesn’t have what it takes to be an actual manager. She just slaps stuff together without even looking at the screen. We will not return to this store ever again! The Erie Ave location is better! Please, do me a favor and do not go to the South Business Dr location, because you will regret it!

Employee kept asking me to repeat my order, they dropped my change on the ground, food was nasty n cold. Didn’t get an item in my order. Tacos were so soggy. Chips weren’t crunchy. I’ll never go there again. Worse service n food .
