I go here all the time and have never had an issue. Food is always made correctly and all items in bag. Most of the staff don’t treat you like they’d rather you not be there which is more than I can say about pretty much every other tbell I’ve been to. 4 stars only because the inside is always locked, but other than that, keep up the good work guys.

8/19/23. What a joke. This location used to be the best around but has really gone down the crapper. I’ve been understanding with lobby being closed or drive thru being closed and having to order inside or super slow service with so little workers but tonight tops it. I waited in a line wrapped around the building all the way to the drive thru for over 30 min just to get up to order and be told they are only doing web orders and door dash! (Has to be some sort of joke right) I had him repeat to make sure. I said I can’t order. No. I said you should probably tell this whole line of people since we’ve been waiting for quite a while (unaware we can’t order). All he said was yeah I’m well aware. I have never been more livid. Absolutely unacceptable. Let your customers know instead of wasting their time!! Only reason for even getting any star is because I can’t post without.

I guess the conversation with the door dash delivery person was more important than taking an order. Just sat and watched people having a nice conversation while I waited for someone to take my order. I just left without making an order. This place sucks. It was once a great establishment.

Just the most pathetically bad restaurant. Made a mobile order and was going to pick up at the drive thru. There were 5 cars there when I got there. 45 minutes later, ONE CAR was served. Meanwhile, three people went in the restaurant and were just hanging out behind the counter without a care in the world.

This taco bell is terrible. The few times I’ve ever seen them open, the food has been terrible and service even worse. They do not allow anyone into the store (and haven’t for a few years) you can’t order in the drive through either. The only way you can get food is to order door dash from them. Which I find to be absolutely insane. Just shut this place down already.

it may be a trend in fast food, but these places are extremely slow service. the restaurant was very dirty with the food prep areas being the worst. The food was not good but then again it is Taco Bell. the cost was very expensive for what you got. I do not recommend it.
