The place was very clean. They messed up my order, I ordered a soft taco, and they gave me a hard shell. The manager took care of it without me knowing ìt. The manager said it was no problem he runs a good store. This was the first store that I was in that was well managed. All the taco bells should take note of his managerial skills .

Grabbed supper on my way home. Had the 3 supreme soft shell tacos meal. The drive thru attendant did a fantastic job, I got my food just right and quicker than expected. Thank you Taco Bell team for a pleasant experience.

I was just in the drive through with my son. We ordered $30 worth of food. All of it was wrong. I asked for No beans on my Nachos, it had beans on it, I asked for extra sour cream and cheese, and got more sour cream and cheese than there were chips, meat and tomatoes. I ordered 4 softshell taco’s for my son with Beef, cheese, and sour cream. All four had Beef, Cheese and Sour cream, lettuce and Tomatoes on it, his freeze was two flavors that were not mixed at all. The gentleman taking the order seemed distracted, and to busy to take an order. His demeanor at the window appeared as thought he hated his job and life in General. I have tried calling multiple times to discuss this with the manager but no one answers the phone, which lead me no choice but to have to leave this review. Please make sure to check your order before you pull away from the window..

Very nice staff & good food! I got incorrect change given to me at the window and went inside to get it fixed. Immediately the guy working the drive thru and the manager both were extremely helpful, apologetic, and kind!!! I really appreciated it since customer service is such a hit or miss these days.

This taco bell used to be the one to go to in the area. Now I have nothing but problems here. In the past week we’ve attempted to go here twice during normal business hours. First time I placed an order through the app but then got there to see no lights on in the parking lot, the drive through, etc. People were working inside, but door locked and not taking orders during their open hours. Today, placed order through the app which once again confirmed they were open. Get there to a line of cars. Over 30 minutes not one car moved. Go to the door, once again locked. Now I can’t even cancel my order because they’ve already processed it even though I never told them I was there yet. There’s literally nothing at any fast food restaurant that should take 30 minutes for just one car. Clearly this location doesn’t want business.

Ordered online had a order number but they said they don’t have it and they have no clue what I am talking about even after showing them the order and order number. Best 20$ ever spent. I will not be returning. Also do your self a favor go over to chilli’s instead way better food and less scary people.

This Taco Bell has the happiest people working there. Even though they may be understaffed and the line may be long, they ALWAYS great me with a smile and make me feel special. Love the grilled chicken chipotle ranch burrito. Best bargain in town.
