We went for lunch at 2:30, which was very busy. We waited five minutes at the counter to be served since nobody was there. This, after walking by 3 workers at the front door who were talking and vaping. Our food was made wrong but was fresh. Pretty ridiculous.

Doesn’t matter if it’s drive-thru or dining inside, service is slow. However, food isn’t too bad and portions are pretty good. There is a wide menu selection and even budget friendly items that can go easier on the wallet.

I’ll keep it short and blunt. If you’re not going through the drive-thru, you’re going to wait 10-30 minutes to receive your food, even if there’s no other customers. They are the most notorious place in town for messing up your order. And even if it’s correct, it is a mess inside the wrapper. And then you get to the part where such a terrible experience can easily cost almost $50 to feed 3 people. Go to the Taco John’s tbh, the employees are happier and care more about the job, plus the value menu has some great options
