Although the food is standard Mexican fast food, it’s always hot, well prepared, and a short wait time. Prices are inexpensive.The staff is always very friendly, courteous, and polite, whether going through the drive thru or eating inside. The restaurant is new, clean, and well maintained. I often drive through on my way through North Liberty for a quick and inexpensive meal.

Went here for the first time tonight and while the guy at the window was nice and food was ready fast (faster than any of the other drive through options in town), I got home and found I didn’t get a single thing that I had ordered and nothing I could eat. Luckily one of my neighbors took it so I didn’t have to throw away a bunch of food.

I loved this Taco Bell, fresh food usually always, until I ordered a burrito, that I had opened & it was not wrapped. I then, was wearing my burrito literally. I called & complained to the night shift manager, and was not even apologized to for the inconvenience. This really frustrated me.

Got my food hot and fresh, they actually labeled the burritos so I could tell which is which. They gave me the exact amount of sauces I ordered online. Miles ahead of the hundreds of other taco bells I’ve been to.

I walked up to the counter to get a couple Tacos to-go. The 2 people working saw me standing there and didn’t acknowledge me. I left after 5 minutes. BTW, The dining room was empty and there was one car in the drive thru. Terrible.

Ordered a Steak Quesarito ended up receiving beef wouldn’t have been a big deal if I didn’t pay extra for the steak. Also ordered a side of nacho cheese and sour cream paid for those as-well and didn’t receive either.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. This location just recently opened. It was clean however the staff played music with obscenities while singing along outloud for all to hear. They used racial slurs as well. The manager did nothing about it. I wouldn’t take kids there if you’re visiting for family night. This place isn’t for families. I guess this is the type of element and environment the owner wants. I won’t be returning there.
