1st time driving up to this taco bell and all I gotta say is please train your employees better. My order took soo long and thank God I checked my order before I left the parking lot they forgot couple of my items and there I saw 6 people in the kitchen and they still managed to mess up my order they gave they gave me bean burrito when I ordered supreme burrito. Anyways Taco bell please give your employees more training time pay them a little bit more so they can be exited to work and work better. I spent almost 60 dollars on 5 items! I think is too expensive for crunchy tacos and bean a bean burrito.

I informed the blonde hair white girl with fake braids at the window that I would have a large order, yet she continue to rush me unprofessionally being extremely rude and did not say thank you while giving me my money or food. Then when they forgot my sour cream I went inside and saw the manager. A black man with black uniform and her laughing with 30 sides of sour cream in one bag and handed it to me laughing. Very unprofessional management and employees, will definitely not be returning or eating the food I purchased here. Someone needs to re train both employees and show them how customer service really works.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CLUSTER!!! We tried to go through the drive through sat at the order window before driving off before going somewhere else where people have common courtesy and customer service. Waiting MONTHS before ordering again from this place again and now we did not get the sauce we requested which is fine because it’s free anyways HOWEVER we paid extra to upgrade our drinks to not even receive them. This is not a common problem cause we went to a TBELL in Cedar Rapids, IA and the service was impeccable. NO reason to have these persistent errors. RIDICULOUS DO BETTER

The food is consistently garbage here. Any other taco bell in town is fine. Here is absolutely terrible. This time, I got a bunch of fries in my fiesta potatoes, and way too much sour cream. Absolutely absurd. My other order of fiesta potatoes was barely half full, mostly dried up crunchy stale pieces of potato.

In the past 3 months I have ordered from this store five times and every single time they have forgotten my sauces or forgotten a drink. I will never be ordering from this store again, It is absolutely ridiculous that I put on my order in the Uber eats app that I wanted sauces even put it in the memo that I wanted sauces and they couldn’t even do a simple task of giving me my sauces. It’s to a point where the manager to the store even offered me a free meal because it keeps consistently happening. I even called the store ahead of time of placing my order and told them please do not forget my sauces and they still forgot the sauces
