After reading the other reviews I was pretty sad that my nearest Taco Bell was terrible. I decided to give them a shot and honestly it was fine. They actually got the order correct despite adding and removing a lot of ingredients from 5 different combos.

With that being said, this Taco Bell, is hands down killin it, always making food warm, super kind customer service – always smiling and quick with requests, if you need quality Taco Bell – this is the best location in the Des Moines Area

This one is better than the other Taco Bells in the area, been here multiple times and never had to wait nor have they gotten our order wrong. Like with any Taco Bell though the Tacos were a bit soggy and slightly sour.

After work I’ve never been to this taco bell location and not had a 15 minute wait for 2 tacos, and my nacho fries undercooked wet noodles. Was so excited to get taco bell in town and was only good for the first few opening days then went to the gutter.

Everytime myself and my husband have ordered from this place, something is missing from the order. They have rejected an order before their listed closing hours. We attempted to order another time, and their “system for doordash was down”. I do not recommend ordering, dining, or eating from this Taco Bell.

I have worked in fast food so I’m understanding of things that could go wrong. I ordered beefy crunch burrito and instead of letting me know they were out of ground beef they gave me refried beans to substitute the meat. After a long wait I just threw the burrito away not worth my time. The afternoon staff is a bunch of teenagers and they are rude and not customer service friendly. I would dislike to have to drive to Waukee to get exceptional service.

Delicious as always. This restaurant location is brand new. The dining room is smaller and has enough seats for about a dozen customers. The staff treated me well. The location is also mostly setup for grab and go and drive thru. Several kiosks were there for people to order from if they don’t have the app on their phone.

Take it with a grain of salt, but it’s a Taco Bell. You’re getting decent service and decent food at a dirt cheap price. Can’t beat this if you want a gut-busting amount of food for less than $10.

Went to get dinner. Person taking the order was polite and helpful. Food came out fast. They never gave us our drinks. Be careful to check your orders before leaving for accuracy.
