I’m very disappointed in how this establishment was being ran by the manager or lack there of. The workers were not working as a team, no communication between each other but yelling and arguing. Took us 45 min to get our food, people were there waiting longer than us. An elderly couple that were diabetic was asking for their money back cuz they couldn’t wait cuz they needed food. Due to health issues. The so called mgr kept telling them to wait a minute repeatedly. Instead of helping the elderly couple. A worker yelled at the customers. As a former manager of 10 yrs. There’s obviously some issues to deal with, like customer service, leadership, and cleanliness and stocking.

Just horrible. Ownership clearly does not give two craps about the employees here and clearly also will not pay what employees need to be paid to actually work here. This owner will leave two employees and half of the supplies needed to operate this location. This place needs to be shut down until a new owner can be found who actually cares about the customers and the employees. Definitely skip this location unless you have an hour and lots of frustration to spare.

We ordered on the app. It was dead silent when we walked inside, save for a few crinkles of the wrapping paper and the occasional clang of the dishes and serving utensils. I looked around at the bits of cardboard and empty boxes strewn about the lobby and immediately had an uneasy feeling. My pals and I hung around for just under an hour waiting for our food to be ready. You’re probably thinking we ordered so much food that the staff couldn’t keep up! Wrong! Me and my two pals each had ordered a cravings box. That’s it.

Waited 45 minutes for our food. Workers were rude. We got the incorrect food, service suck a$$. Had ppl sitting for 45 minutes to a hour for the food. Workers were rude to a older diabetic couple. Workers kept walking in and out of the place.

I was just currently working @ taco bell got & boy let me TELL YOU!! Dont eat there , dont work there !! just stay away from the place ♀️. They fired me because i asked not to be placed on the schedule with a certain manager because she’s deadass rude. Then after a week went by i noticed i was still working with her EVERYDAY & we were constantly passing words to eachother & i was tired of it ! So then i asked to be transferred to another Taco bell , that didnt happen ! So i stopped going to work because on top of that Im pregnant & wasn’t catching enough sleep ! But besides that , The labor !!!! Taco Bell employees are more than underpayed . Im pregnant!! & they want me to take trash out , Wash Dishes , sweep , mop , ect. Just putting me past my limit as a Pregnant woman. So i felt they seen that me being pregnant was another reason to fire me … idk? but i just wanted to put this out there for people that know & dont know what goes on inside taco bell !

Seldomly do I leave reviews but this place needs this. Taco Bell has seem to go down hill the last few years but this one’s special. If you don’t arrive to find out that they are missing half the items that make a supreme then their service here will get you instead. You never see the same person twice here and most of the time they are certainly not in any way shape or form professional.

Ordered a blue raspberry freeze, paid $3.99. The worker tells me the freeze is not working and wants to know if I want something else, I said just a large soda (cost 2.99). She hands me the cups and says here you go. I asked her about a refund for the difference, she says we’ll I’m giving you a large which again is 2.99 and I paid 3.99. She got an attitude with me, did something on the register, and handed me a dollar. Not sure why I get an attitude when you can’t provide the items I paid for.

Will never give my money to this location ever again. My husband went through the drive and ordered 6 items- you would think it’s not that hard to make 6 items but they gave him 2 items out of 6, no receipt so when he went back in they asked for a receipt of course. They “remade” the food but the order was COMPLETELY WRONG. We still didn’t get anything we paid for, and got less than what we paid for. Don’t waste your time on this location.
