I’m livid. I ordered a taco and got PLASTIC in my taco. Had to pull it out of my throat as I was choking on it. I called up there and they said “ we don’t use plastic so that can’t be possible” well obviously you do as it was in my taco…AND I CHOKED ON IT. and then she blamed ME. Told them I don’t want a new taco I want my money back and the woman talked to me like I was stupid. Not happy about this at all. Do better.

Hailey went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our drinks, and experience overall. sounds small but truly made our night better (: Eric was also great and communicated everything that wasn’t available and made sure we were happy with our replacements. stopped in today 3/31/23, kids were very polite, courteous and on point! (i say kids because I’m old) . as i left the store they were busy working. i called the store to tell them they are doing an amazing job!. the one on s. cedar is another story, (1 star) will go out of my way to get to this store again.

They make their food better than most of the taco bells in lansing; but this is the 3rd time im coming home and finding cinnabons i ordered missing and its getting on my nerves, $30-$50 orders im making almost on a regular. Aggravating to say the least.
