There was no one in the line and I was waiting there for 5 to 10 minutes and they’re just staring at me and not taking my order and one of the girls. She was just sitting and staring at me and the manager the tall gentleman that wearing glasses he walked past me three times he desont even say hi how can I help you or anything? I’m very disappointed in Taco Bell and I will never come back to this location ever again this is a very terrible customer service and I don’t like that. I left very angry and the didnt even care. Employees were all very nice and helpful. Unfortunately my items were all sorts of messed up. I went back to get it fixed and I ended up still missing one item. My bad for not noticing the first time, but I wish I didn’t have to go back at all. Again, everyone was very nice, I just didn’t get what I ordered.

What can I say. Been saying I wasn’t going to go back to Taco Bell for 20 years and I catch myself returning. Food is never as good as it looks on TV. Never take your significant other there for a romantic dinner ( unless you are way braver than I am ).

Food was good and as ordered. Took little longer than usual because workers are being trained(like many other places)so be patient! It was also at the end of lunch rush. Crew & supervisor seemed to be working well together. Our food actually looked like the picture!

So I have a love hate relationship with this place. I absolutely love Taco Bell. Generally my visits are decent. Where my gears get grinded is when I find out that they have left items out of my bag on my order. It has been even more prevalent recently. I never find out until I am home which is about 10 miles away. By then I am not coming back. Yes it is their fault for not fulfilling the order. Yes it is my fault for not checking. The easy fix is me checking before I leave. It does not let them of the hook for failing to check themselves. I have never had such problems with any Taco Bell I have been to and I am certainly sympathetic, I get it. I am not out to degrade. I just expect better.

Very disappointed in the food we received 10/20/19 we order a double Chalupa 5 dollar box. It took them 5 mins at 1:20 am to just get the left over food from the morning before. Everything was soggy and gross. And I got nachos and the cheese wasn’t melted.

Ordered 20.00 worth of food on the app. When my husband went in they looked at him and said “we arnt going to make your meal because breakfast ends in 30 mins.” They had all the stuff to make it but were to lazy to make it . They also told us in order to refund you youll have to call corporate. 10/10 the worst Taco Bell experience ive ever had !

I have never seen a Taco Bell so horribly managed. This store opens at inconsistent hours, never when they’re supposed to be. Most the time my food will look sloppy and items will be missing. I just can’t believe how bad of a TB this is even compared to the TBs in Lansing.
