Added some cinnamon twist to my order…. Little did I know there were simply twists without ANY cinnamon sugar on it!! This tastes like fried dough… it’s not sweet… doesn’t even have a hint of cinnamon

Strange setup. When we arrived we didn’t think people were working. It was empty and the layout is such that you can’t see kitchen employees. Food was good, but the order pad thing is just something I’m personally not into. It was clean, probably because we were the only people dining here.

I ordered a chicken quesorito and got rang up for a chicken quesadilla and when I got home and went to eat it was sad to find the entire thing completely cold and the cheese inside not even melted. What a joke.

We just stopped here to grab something to go. It’s summer and there aren’t many students around campus so it wasn’t busy at all. This Taco Bell only uses kiosks to order but other than that it seems pretty standard.

If you are vegetarian/vegan, heads up they like to give you ground beef every time despite ordering and the receipt correctly showing black bean. Check your food before you leave the drive-thru.

Went in last night 5/13, waited 10 minutes in the drive thru finally when we got to order they got a attitude because we ordered for 4 people order 4 meals with large drinks he handed us 3 large and a small diet my dew. Told him we ordered Pepsi he said “ no you ordered 3 and a small mt dew” I told him no I ordered 4 Pepsi’s and that’s what I paid for that’s what I want, his reply was “ well their is nothing I can do now”.then when I asked for the manager he said” she had to leave, I’m acting manager”. Then it gets betteR …….NOT….. when we got our food out we discovered that none of the food in the bag was what we ordered. This store has some serious issues.

The lady taking my order was rude and passive aggressive. I was politely giving her my order and she would give me attitude. I drove to the window and I overheard her yelling at her coworkers which made me super uncomfortable. She was an older lady named Pam. She gave me my drink and didn’t even put the lid on correctly so it spilled on my hand when she gave it to me. She gave me the food very aggressively and when I checked the bag there was no straw, so I politely asked for a straw and she rolled her eyes and basically threw it in my car through the window. I’m scared to go back here.

Ordered a Mexican pizza from there today. Was not impressed. Upon opening the container and folding back the Mexican pizza i had an overwhelming amount of beans and such. I could understand if they were busy or short staffed but this was not the case.

Was trying to order my food a while ago when I overheard a staff member berating her co-worker, full on screaming at her and calling her stupid. Then she started being rude to customers as well. I’m not one to judge someone based off one experience, maybe she was having a bad day. But I went back the other day, and she was still harassing customers and co-workers. She is not even the manager, she has no power over them whatsoever and yet she treats people like they are lesser than and I don’t think that’s okay. Her name tag said her name was Pam. Someone either needs to talk to her about how she speaks to people, or just fire her. This is unacceptable behavior.

I recently had a terrible experience at this Taco Bell location. The service time was extremely slow, and the staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. To add insult to injury, they were out of several core menu items. When I received my order, they had forgotten my drink, and the staff’s reaction to my request for the drink was unpleasant and unprofessional.
