So usually this would be 5 stars but today ruined all that the food was disgusting not to mention was wrong not once but TWO TIMES finally got it right on the third but was so disgusting and sloppy n I bought a Mexican pizza. Staff was arguing in the back and ignoring customers who didn’t even order yet. I seen 2 people come in and leave because no body took their order, and 5 others come in with wrong orders. Today was and absolute disaster and we won’t be coming back any time soon. Sorry.

Oof. Waited 25 minutes for our food while the girl at the drive through was on her phone, several customers came in to complain their order was wrong, and wasn’t even acknowledged when we first walked in. It was NOT busy. The manager finally made our order when I asked where our order was. Not impressed. Place was dirty also. Gross.

Taco bell is one of my favorite places to eat. But after my experience tonight I will not be back, my chicken tacos were cold, and dry!! my nacho bell grande looked liked the beans had been scrapped from the bottom, very dry. Hardly any cheese. I did one order in the app, and tried to do 2 separate orders thru the drive thru when I got there, told me they could not do that. Which it’s simple math it’s not that hard!! I usually don’t write reviews bc accidents happen I get it. But this is not the first time I have had issues here. The last time i went there my daughter had been in the ER we had not ate, they were the only place open. I went to order a taco party pack, the workers Response was um we close in 10 minutes. U NEVER SAY THAT TO A COSTUMER!! I WILL NOT BE BACK AFTER TONITE!! AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY CAN BRING BACK KFC AT LEAST THEY HAD GOOD FOOD!!!

We got 4 hard shells no tomatoes one had tomatoes we didn’t want on it. we got 2 Baja blast tasting like carbonated water with food coloring in it . Don’t recommend them I want KFC back!!!!!!!!

Truth Be Told
The wait times here are unacceptable. Gladwin TB is the worst TB I’ve ever been too. The hard shells are always broken, beans are always dry, they constantly forget items and get orders wrong and they are beyond stingy with portions. SOME of the staff are rude or in back on their phones. You can’t add on to your order if needed at the window, which I’ve never heard of in my life. Just a complete mess. Go to West Branch or Clare if you want TB.

I’ve given them three chances, my fiesta potatoes are always old and stale, chicken quesadilla is always so skim on what’s inside and always find lettuce and tomato inside (makes you wonder on how clean their work stations are). This taco bell is horrible, and every time I hear of someone going here its always a bad experience.
